Example: I was given random monthly bills from lunch balances. To which when I inquired i was accused of not feeding my child. Then they said they would not give my child food going forward if I forgot (though I never have) . Also charged for fees for after/early care that I have never used. They charge like it's health insurance. Place is not of God. Just doesn't feel like it. Especially given they serve alcohol at school fumctions yet tbey hold this position of hyper cistisism. My child was met with very harsh criticism from each teacher, and even worse from the gym teacher. I was surprised with bills from the lunch room, but my child brought lunch everyday. When I called I was informed that they had billed me $7 for hot lunch since my child dropped his lunch. They make you do community service or you have to pay $200 at the end of the year. When I decided we wouldn't come back to this school I refused to pay the $200 and they kept my child's report card as collateral. -Thank god the public school we chose was understanding and let him join anyway.- My son was in first grade when we decided to leave the school. At the end of first grade he could not read a standard clock but he could recite the holy sacraments by heart. This is a military school in catholic clothing. My son dreaded going here everyday and especially dreaded Mrs. McClure. If you want your child's self-esteem completely torn, send them here.

Our daughter began at TLE at three months, and she is nine months old now. Her caregivers are so loving, attentive and on top of her needs. Our daughter truly brims with joy when she sees Ms. Erika, Ms. Cookie, and Ms. Latisha; they are like family. They have also taught us so much as first-time parents; I can't imagine not having TLE as a resource. We love that the school has an app and they share photos through the day, keeping us updated on feeding and changing schedules, as well as any supplies we need to bring in. She is developing so fast and learning so many new skills every day, all thanks to her wonderful caretakers. TLE also has countless activities for holidays throughout the year that are so fun for our daughter and that build a sense of community. The school has a tight security system which makes me confident that our daughter is safe. Ms. Monica, the business manager, knows every child's name and keeps all of the wheels turning; she's so organized and helpful with anything that we need. I also love that TLE is a franchise... they have corporate guidelines they follow for the healthy and safety of the children, and it feels like there's a level of oversight that you don't always find with other small mom-and-pop daycare centers.
