My son graduated this year, it was a bittersweet time for our family. We are so incredibly happy that he is moving on to his next chapter of life. However, we are sad to leave the Baldwin family behind. Baldwin Prep's small class sizes are able to detect any issues a student might have. They are extremely attentive to each child's needs. The teachers communicate with each other to help children succeed at whatever might be challenging them. Teachers are easy to communicate with if there are any questions. Administration and the teachers were extremely accommodating while my son was dual-enrolled at PBSC. Baldwin's Prep student concerts and talent show helped develop his confidence. My son was in a different school through 7th grade. It was a very big struggle every day. This school brought my son's true happy self out. He made wonderful friends, there is no bullying everyone is different and everyone is excepted. He had the best 5 years at this school. It was the best decision I made and I wish I knew about it sooner. They also do except Step up for Students. To be completely honest, really shitty school. They don't take any bullying serious or care much about their students. The principal is very nice though. It's the teachers who need improvement. We have only been here for 2 months, but in those 2 months, my 7th graders grades have improved and she is in a happy place. If you want old school academics with nurturing teachers and owners and small class sizes ( 12 kids to a class), then this K-12 school is for your kid. Our two children were new to Baldwin Prep for the 2014-2015 school year and they are extremely happy. Both children are excelling academically, have gained confidence, and have a nice group of friends. This School is amazing !!, While all the public School's are teaching to a standard Test . [and not getting very good marks ] This School is teaching real subjects in a way that my kid understands and is thriving in . We have only been at Baldwin for Three weeks , What a total transformation . My kid is smiling and happy and is getting A's and wants to do well for her teacher .
