I worked in Atlantic City and they were always on time and give work-travel discounts. The prices they charge are very fair. Every single driver is personable, professional, with great personalities. Look no further, this is THE only car service you need. Wow. I never had any, and I mean any, problem with their service. Sad to see the other posts. I should also say it is a safe company; no creepies like other car services I used from Atlantic City...

This weekend, I used them 3 times. The first 2 were ok, but it was clear they had NO CLUE about Brigantine. I asked to go the The Hotel. They had no idea where it was. I told them The Legacy. Still no clue. Who from Brigantine doesn't know the Hotel? But my 3rd trip was absolutely my last. I needed to go from back from The Hotel to the AC train. The driver showed up 20 minutes later than promised. Beach Vans always used to send vans, which is why I ordered that instead of Uber. We had beach gear and fishing gear, so we wanted a van. They sent a Nissan Maxima. With two other people in it! We had gear, and had to sit with it on our laps while some dude sat in the middleof the back seat between my 14 year old son and I. I said, "What the hell is this". Driver told me it was a "pool". Bullshit, Uber does pool when you ask for pool, not Beach Vans. Because of their lateness, I missed my train. But here is the best part......The car REEKED of weed. Like to the point that I was hoping my son wouldn't notice. And even more...We got to the train station, and the front seat passenger said, "$50". The day before, it was $12 to get from AC train to The Hotel. I told him he was full of crap, and I wasn't paying. He said he'd call the cops. Then I lost it. Told him, "Go ahead. I've already missed my train, and when the cops get here, you and your GF driver will go to jail for the weed that is obviously in this car. She is driving under the influence." His response, "I'll call my boss." Again, I said, "Go ahead, and I'll tell him you are driving around with your friends getting stoned on the job". DO NOT USE BEACH VANS.

The owner/dispatcher is incredibly rude to customers and doesn't bother to confirm your information (and then it's your fault that she got it wrong). I usually don't write negative reviews of businesses, but I wish I had been warned that this is not a true taxi service, so hopefully this will be helpful to others out there. The one plus about this business is that the drivers are very nice.

I have been using them for the past 5 years and have experienced, but not limited to, the following: -Brigantine Taxi driver who was drunk while driving us around -Brigantine Taxi driver who was texting while driving us around -Brigantine Taxi driver who ran over our curb and into a bush while backing out -Ordered a taxi that never showed up and we missed our event - Had a driver charge us 3x the rate from Brigantine into AC. I would never endorse these people and moreover they do not take care of their cabs as they squeak when they pull up to your location, shake when the driver breaks, and all smell like garbage on the inside.

I called them from Dallas, TX and said that I needed them to run an errand in Absecon, NJ that was very important to my business...with no one else in the car and me still in Texas. They not only followed through promptly, Rick also called me with a detailed report and charged a very fair rate. I cannot express how enormously grateful I am to find such kind and trustworthy people. If they can follow through on a job like that, you can certainly trust them to pick you up on time!!

The driver took us to our destination in AC and told us that if we needed a ride home, she would take a $20 deposit and we would be guaranteed a ride home. I'm not sure why, but we agreed and went about our night. Long story short, our friend offered to drive us home so we did not use the taxi service going home. We thought our $20 deposit was never to be seen again, but a few days later there was a knock on the door and they had returned our $20. I feel that many companies, especially in the cab industry would take your money and run. So impressed!
