But happy she was able to capture our last miracle baby. The photos are just so amazing and I can't stop looking at them. We drove from Oakley to have her do our photos, her studio is perfect and she has everything. Which is worth it because I for one am forgetful which I forgot to bring our diaper bag! Thankfully Karen came to the rescue with diapers. She has all the cute and fun things to make your photos meet your vision and then some. All my kids are rainbow babies and the rainbow photo has 7 hearts which is how many angels we have and Karen came up with the idea of adding an extra heart to make it mean more. Which made me start to tear up, our last miracle rainbow baby showed the love to not only his big sisters but to his siblings in heaven. Karen is also super sweet and we had so much to talk about during our session. My eldest daughter who is on the spectrum. I ended up learning a few things from her to help our journey in her school. You feel like she is a friend the whole time, which is something I love in a photographer is a friendly connection. She loves what she does and she's really good with kids of all ages. The whole shoot was constantly switching colors, lens and trying to crack lame, racist and sexist jokes. The photos sent to me to choose from my clothes isn't straight, tummy showing, bra strap showing, red lipstick on my teeth! What photographer doesn't see and address those things??! I guess he ran out of tactics; here goes the last chain of msgs, threats and insults. I guess you'll be seeing me in court after all.....gasps.....how dare me not being scared. Regardless of the lies in response, time stamps do not lie. I haven't had a call with this man since the photo shoot, so ALL contact is via text; texts that is clearly visible, no thread missing. The bottom line is the only person I need to present FACTS to is the Judge I was threatened with and I'll have the text msgs to show as proof. The court will have access to all my call and text records. I'm here waiting to be sued as threatened because proof is what matters; not who can spin the best tale.

We had multiple calls in the months leading up to the wedding to align on what we wanted, discussed the overall wedding timeline, and provided the list of shots we wanted. Their website also has example timelines for photography, which were very helpful as we planned our day and allowed us to not compress everything too much. Working with Jenny and Geo is also a great experience. They are organized, funny, kind, and encouraging -- they will help pose you as needed, but generally allow for a very genuine capture of the day. On the day of the wedding, we had morning activities and an evening reception. Jenny and George were on time and enthusiastic for everything. They were flexible as our schedule shifted slightly throughout the day, and they were very active in making sure we got all the photos from our list. I took away stars for their poor customer service…read more I selected a package on their website (Mind you a handful of pictures for $70!!) and the pictures were preselected, come to find out that some were in black and white, I had no idea why anyone would do this so I assumed it was an error and they'd all be in color. When I got my confirmation email it showed that some were in black and white. I called them the minute after I placed my order. Well they couldn't do anything and I received my prints (like 4 pictures plus some wallet size) and they are ALL black and white! Straight into the garbage. $70 wasted money. They refuse to do anything about it except $7 off any next order. I would not recommend them based on their poor customer service.
