I tried to set up an appointment and they told me I needed a referral. I waited 6 weeks. They finally called me 10 times in two days when I suppose they realized they had the referral all along. When I didn't answer my phone they called my wife to track me down. Once I was able to make the appointment I drove two hours to Bozeman. I get there and they say "lets check out those feet" (?!). After explaining my wrist issue and a cursory exam I was told I was there for the wrong test. When I asked what I could do about the chronic pain I am experiencing she suggested I go to the ER. That's your go-to health care choice? I left Bridger Orthopedic with more pain and anger than I was experiencing before I got there, so I will not be back. Billings is much farther but at least their doctors tend to help their patients.

I found out Dr. Beamer specialized in orthopedic sports medicine and served as assistant team physician for the San Francisco 49ers and Stanford Athletics and that's all I needed to hear. It only took me 1 month to get back in the Gym and then I was golfing, paddle boarding and snorkeling in Hawaii at month 2. Dr. Gannon was on call and performed his surgery that same evening, implanting a titanium rod in his right leg and securing this with a few screws. Throughout our 9 day hospital stay, Dr. Gannon was thorough, patient and in no rush to move us out of the hospital until our patient was ready to be transferred to a rehab facility in town. I can't say enough about the level of care and service which were provided by Dr. Gannon. As I popped into restaurants and shops throughout town during the week, I have heard many more complements to Dr. Gannon by others who have personally worked with him, or have had friends or relatives have surgery performed by him. In a town like Bozeman, he certainly has a lot of experience putting together broken bones and replacing hips!! Great ortho MD!!

Three months out and things are doing great.. my visits with the Doctor are always very informative and I would recommend him highly. In regards to a review I read here... We seek their help because they are there for one purpose- to determine the issue ad seek a solution not to mollycoddle and sweet talk their clients.
