It was filthy inside & out. I have a dog that sheds a lot with me every day as well. I took it to Red Carpet and the guys there said they could make it like new. I like a confident, positive attitude from places to which I am considering giving money. We set an appointment for 10 days from then. I left the vehicle with them at about 10 am. They called at about 4:30. I was AMAZED at what I saw! Black is a difficult color but they did not miss a spot, looked beautiful! But the inside was literally Like New! I highly recommend these guys' car wash and detailing!

My car was in dire need of a wash and interior clean while visiting them so I thought I would give it a chance despite so many negative reviews. I'm glad I did! I will say- you get what you pay for. My expectations weren't super high, but you can see the before and after pictures for yourself. The staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. When I pulled into the full service bay I was asked if there was a specific area of the interio I wanted focused on and before I left they had me look over the cat to make sure it was to my liking. Was it perfect? No, but for me not having to do it and for the price I think it was a great job and value.

We live on gravel roads so it can get pretty dirty. Well, my first surprise was on how quickly it they were done cleaning it! My second surprise was after seeing what a poor job they did cleaning the interior of my truck! After I got home I spent an hour cleaning the interior myself and at 72 I'm no spring chicken. Needless to say, I will not be going back there and I won't be buying their unlimited car washes anymore either. They're not saving me anything if I have to go home and do the job myself.

Driving into Iowas from out of state I went to the Clear Lake Laser Wash on 6/18/22. A vehicle was…read morein the wash and an attendant was also inside. The vehicle pulled out and the green light came on. I put my money in for an $11.00 car wash (which would have included a pre-wash). Attendant was still inside spraying down the floor - ?? but the light outside of the wash AND the light inside was green, i.e. proceed, so I did. The attendant was acting weird so I stopped and he came over and started yelling at me "can't you see I am in here" etc. Then he backed up and took a picture of my license plate and left to go inside. I backed out of the wash bay and went inside and he came out, still screaming at me and then put a white ticket into the machine - apparently, to re-start the machine - and then told me "I have all I need, I have a picture of your license plate" and went inside. Not knowing what to do I drove in - following instructions as before, green lights, etc. No prewash just got washed and got the heck out of there! This man is deranged! If he is the owner - don't use this car wash. If he is an employee - he needs to be fired before he hurts someone! Girls - don't go alone. Luckily I had a friend with me.

This is a hidden gem in Rochester. I can't even find this on Google Maps but was lucky to have read…read morea Reddit post that listed this place as a go-to car wash destination. I am a big fan of self-service car washers with the rinse pressures, soap, and all of that. This facility has 7 dedicated bays for individual vehicles to occupy and wash. What I like is the dedicated bays as you do not feel rushed when washing your car. I know other car washes have two cars per bay so this is really nice for those wanting to take more time to wash and dry their car. Pricing is $3 for ~4 minutes so not too bad and it takes credit card / coins so most payment methods are accepted. I am happy to have found this place and look forward to visiting this on a regular basis especially with the winter months ahead.
