Our host and server were attentive, and all of the staff and security were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The DJ kept the energy up all night with a great mix of Top 40 hits and EDM, so there was something for everyone in our group. Between the music, the atmosphere, and the great service, everyone had an amazing time. We have since moved away and the last two visits here were not good. This place used to be fun with good drinks back in the day. Now it's morphed into a tiki tourist trap. Tonight, our server wasn't at all friendly and the drinks were mostly just crushed ice. You couldn't even taste the rum because they were all so watered down. For around $14-$18 a drink, I expect better. Their "zombie" drink was a joke. No flavor at all (it used to be good years ago). Sadly, this will be our last visit here. With so many cool bars in Vegas, I'd rather go to one that appreciates our business. This place no longer does and it showed so tonight. BTW, I read that a new large Tiki bar will be opening soon in Vegas so will try that one out once it does. There were plenty of food, drink, and shopping vendors, so there was always something to check out. The VIP tickets were definitely worth it because we had access to the clubhouse and could escape the hot Vegas sun when needed. We decided to book for our first day in town, about four hours after landing on Wednesday. When we arrived, we were greeted with big smiles and great hospitality. Four other people had canceled their session, so we basically got a private appointment--which made the experience even better! I can't recall the owner's name, but she and her assistant were both AMAZING! As a man, I've never done anything related to bath bombs before, but this experience was outstanding. The owner walked us through everything, with a rotating video demonstration to guide us step by step. The Groupon included one bath bomb per person, but we had the option to make more for a small additional fee, which was totally worth it. I even made one for my wife with a scent I knew she'd love, while she created two for herself. The owner was knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about what she does, making the experience even more enjoyable.
