My interactions with staff have always been professional and Jennifer herself has always made me feel like she had my back and supported me, something very people have done in my professional life. While there have been situations they can't control that have popped up in my assignment, Percy and other staff members have made me feel like they cared and took what I said seriously. They've also never been flaky on pay and made sure their workers get paid on time. I told them about a pending wage theft case for a substantial sum that I'm still dealing with and they have never, ever expected me to work for "maybe" money or put me off on that front. But what really makes them above and beyond is the fact that they sent me a New Year's gift card that I wasn't even expecting to thank me for my service. Many employers and contractors I worked with didn't do that.
