First floor is the same, with residents either using their apartments for day cares or subletting their apartments to five or six of their friends. Huge, uncontrolled dogs roam the parking garage. Wallpaper hanging off the walls in the hallways, and the carpet is beyond filthy. A lot of unregistered, broken down cars in the parking lot.

The property manager (Shannon) couldn't possibly care less. She is very cold and rude, never returns any attempts for contact, and is barely even in her office during her posted hours. It seems she just shows up when she feels like it, which is rarely. They just decided last month to do quarterly smoke detector and plumbing inspections. Well I don't know what the heck they actually did other than come in and turn the shower water on and walk out. They didn't even notice our bathroom sink was clogged. How is that an inspection? Our windows are leaking on the walls inside and we can hear water dripping inside our ceiling whenever our neighbor uses their shower. We also put in a work order to have our balcony door fixed. A MONTH LATER, maintenance shows up. And with absolutely no notice!! We had to tell him to come back later but then he just left for the day. Attempted to reschedule twice and he just never showed up. RIDICULOUS. We told them to forget it and just do it after we move out. Also, be aware, the website says they allow pets but they don't! Only service animals and emotional support animals. Which will take almost a month to get approved. And good luck trying to get a sublease, because they will charge you an additional $500!! This place used to be very well run before HBG (Halverson Blaiser Group Ltd) took over the building. If the Andersons weren't here as caretakers, I would've only given one star...if even that. It used to be worth your money to live here, but it's definitely not anymore!!!!

We lived at Cutters Grove Apartments for a year. We moved from Washington state, based upon the…read morerecommendation of my daughters friend who also resides at this property. My daughter visited, toured, took pictures and sent them to us. We moved in and found EVERYTHING just as promised! Bright, cheery and updated. We lived on top floor,!had wonderful neighbors who were all very friendly, respectful of noise, TV, and all respectful of the "quiet hours." The managers and leasing agents: Nadine, Muriel and Salisha were all super friendly, always helpful and always responded promptly to any service request. Our building manager, Millie- kept our building super clean, the sidewalks and walk-ways were always cleared promptly of snow and our parking areas were also cleared promptly. The price is a bit on the upper side, BUT you have clean, quiet, safe, we'll managed property and nice tenants. The only minor irritant were some of the pet owners who didn't take their furry friends to the pet lieu area in proper time, as the yellow snow and dead flowers/vegetation along the sidewalk out of the building was -at times- an unpleasant site. But it was quickly addressed and notices posted reminding pet ow era to be attentive to the pet rules. We moved to an apartment complex that had a pet free building (allergies to pets), closer to work area and had an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. We are sad that we moved. It's been a HORRIBLE experience and will be explained in a separate review. Wish we had stayed at Cutters Grove

Once we realized the problem, Heritage staff Renate worked quickly to get him into a different apartment. I don't know what we would have done had they not worked with us. I highly recommend renting from Heritage Heights apartments with Charlotte who did our lease & Renate who contacted my son & myself throughout process of moving him.

WARNING: IF YOU OWN A VEHICLE DO NOT LIVE HERE…read more For the most part, Heritage Heights is a decent market-rate property. However, they have a major parking problem, and the management has outright refused to address the issue. Their solution: Pay $50 a month extra for a garage (if you own a full-sized pickup it won't fit) to ensure you have off street parking. Even now (2/20/19) I've been told there's a waitlist for garages. Parking here is NOT controlled. They give you a parking pass, but this is just window dressing. The parking lots are for everyone's use (residents, off lease people living here, friends, and even random people). In winter the property management hires a vendor to plow the snow in the lots. The problem is they plow it in to parking spaces. In the lot in front of my building we've already lost 10 spaces to snow storage. The lot is commonly full by 7:00 PM and, if you leave, you're likely going to have to park on the street and take your chances with getting a ticket (like several residents 3 days ago). Still the management refuses to act to ensure residents have a place to park, or even enforce parking of residents only (and give guests temp parking passes or a few spaces in each lot). Don't take my word for it, ask the following questions when calling or on your tour: 1. Is there enough parking to ensure residents can find parking off-street? 2. Is parking an issue in the winter? 3. If I can't find a place to park when I arrive, and it's a snow emergency, where do I park? Finally, STOP and ask residents themselves before you go in or as you leave. They'll confirm what this review states.
