I was debating whether to give this cafe a one star or two star rating. The irony with my review is my negative energy isn't directed towards the food, as the food was pretty good. This cafe is set in a nice countryesque setting, (excuse the portmanteau) and the price was modest. My disappointment came from the wait time for our food, where we were told we would be served in an hour and an hour and a half at the most. However, my friends and I had to wait over three hours for our pizzas. When we tried to cancel our transaction at two hours, and go to another cafe, we were told that the transaction could not be cancelled because all the 'ingredients had already been chopped', or something along those lines. This extreme wait time was certainly disappointing. There was no explanation from the staff, and I would have been a lot happier from the start if we were told that we would have to wait three hours for our pizzas. We consequently would have left! I hope my experience was an outlier, however, I won't come back again. At least for a very long time. read more
