I'm incredibly grateful for the experience my son has had at Brickspace. I've seen such a positive change in him, especially in the way he interacts with other children. He has become more open, social, and active, and I've noticed a big improvement in his manners and his ability to understand and follow boundaries. Every single staff member has been amazing. They are thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring, and they always made sure he felt comfortable and included in whatever they were doing. You can tell that they truly care about the children and want them to have a positive experience. Ms. Fary deserves a special mention because she has been absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly accommodating to both my son and me through a difficult period, and her understanding and kindness meant a lot to us. I've been so happy watching my son grow through this program. Brickspace has been more than just LEGO and STEM activities--it has given him an opportunity to build confidence, learn how to interact with others, and have fun in a supportive environment. I'm very thankful to the entire Brickspace team for everything they've done. We've had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Brickspace to other families! read more

My daughter turned 6 at Brickspace Spring '26. I was also 3 days post partum (yes,3) but I wanted to celebrate her last solo party. I wanted a low stim, easy and intimate party. We chose this spot and we couldn't be more satisfied and grateful. Fary (owner) made sure she made me feel at ease while planning and the day of the party! She took care of activities for her "Lego friends birthday" she had a schedule that was fun and educational for the kids. I brought some food n drinks. The 2-3hr party ended well with the goodie bags we prepared! Will def be back for our son's birthday another time. Thank you for such a sweet time, Brickspace! read more

Miss Fary hosted amazing birthday for our little guy today! It was a memorable time with family, perfect for a party of 10 children. Plenty of activities to do, not one child asked for a phone nor screen--everyone was engaged (even the adults had Lego kits to play with!) And I just briefly mentioned our birthday theme of "green monster" and I was floored at how Miss Fary and team ran with it and centered their activities around it! Miss Sophia even drew monsters by hand for the kids to paint. Every artistic detail of today's event was very thoughtful and our Brickspace team was so attentive to each kids' needs. We even got ideas on how to organize our toys at home seeing how everything is neatly displayed in this venue. Would recommend to all! read more

I was fortunate to have my kids' combined 4th and 6th birthday party here. Fary made everything super easy and hosted great activities for all the kids. Everyone had lots of fun! I'd highly recommend this spot for kids who like Legos. read more

I went here for my nephew's party and it's a wonderful place. It's clean, safe, organized and even adults can get their build on. Ms. Fary and her staff are eager to help and highly encouraging to their guests. They highlight builds from each child, gathering everybody's attention and praising the child. While the kids were getting their play on, the adults were huddled around our own table, sure enough, building and chit chatting. I highly recommend this friendly place. Thank you for your kindness, Ms. Fary and Team Brickspace! read more

We had a birthday party there this weekend and it was just the most amazing experience. The kids were all entertained and I didn't have to do much managing. They even set up a little kid area with Duplos in case they weren't interested in the guided minecraft themed building. I loved not having to share the space with another birthday party- hard to find for kids! And we didn't feel rushed. Will definitely be back. Thank you again! read more

A Big Thank You to Brick Space BENICIA! As a 20+ year Benicia resident, I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Brick Space for providing such a fantastic and much-needed program for my granddaughter this summer. It's incredibly difficult these days to find a safe, local, and engaging place that blends STEM learning, creativity, and fun -- all while being truly welcoming to kids of different ages and needs. What made it even more special was the flexibility you offer -- from day-use options and drop-ins to weekly camps. As we all know, schedules can change in a heartbeat, and having that kind of understanding and accommodation (especially from Fary!) made all the difference. Her kindness, patience, and support didn't go unnoticed -- it was truly appreciated. My granddaughter is heading into kindergarten, and she's in that tricky in-between stage -- too young for most programs, yet too old for traditional preschool. This space was an absolute heaven-sent for us. She came home every day with excitement, new ideas, and pride in what she had learned and created. And I have to say -- the entire staff is amazing. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. It makes such a difference as a parent or grandparent to feel that kind of energy and care. If you're looking for something enriching, fun, and flexible for your child or grandchild, give this place a shot. As a proud long-time resident of Benicia, I wholeheartedly approve, and we're so grateful for all that Brick Space does. We can't wait to see what's next! With heartfelt appreciation, The Nieto Family (Celina) read more

Ms. Fary and her staff at Brickspace are always so nice and accommodating! Earlier in the summer, my son wanted to come at Drop Off Play, but it was same day, so I called Ms. Fary and she said she will take him in. And for another week, I had scheduled camp just 3 days but at last minute was able to schedule the whole week, Ms. Fary was kind enough to give me the rate for the whole week. This week, I had to go to work earlier than scheduled on Friday, called Ms. Fary and she said OK for Lucas to come early to eat lunch with the campers before his scheduled camp time at 12. Her staff is also kind, patient, and so accommodating!! Thank you also to staff member, Ms. Jennifer, for letting Lucas work on robotics earlier than normal. He really enjoyed it! Thank you Ms. Fary and all the staff! You all are wonderful! I recommend your place to all the parents I know! read more

We celebrated our twin's 6th birthday here with a baseball theme lego party, and it was out of the park! Fary was awesome (x100)! She put together a really fun two-hour party that was also educational. The kids got to build 2D and 3D baseballs, share baseball facts, build a baseball diamond out of big Lego bricks, and create a marble maze with lego pieces. Fary even set up a table where parents could hang out and chat, or play with Legos while the kids were busy. Fary's teaching skills really came through - she kept the kids engaged and knew how to transition the kids from one activity to another without any hiccups. And for us parents, it was totally stress-free! We didn't need any decorations, and all the parents commended me for finding such an awesome place. I seriously can't recommend this spot enough for parties (or anything)! We're excited to check out their other activities and programs. Huge thanks to Fary and Cory for making it such an awesome day! read more

We recently hosted our son's 5th birthday party here, and it was a BLAST! The space itself is so engaging and clean: a lot of fun activities for kids of various ages and even a space for parents to mingle. Fary is AMAZING: she constructed an entire two-hour party experience that was both fun and educational. It is so obvious that her teaching experience comes into play because she was able to get all the kids' attention, move the kids from one activity to another, and wrapped it all up in two hours! And it was extremely stress-free for the parents! We kept overhearing the other parents talking about how cool this place was. I would highly recommend this space for your party needs! I plan to check out their other activities and programs. Thank you, Fary, for an amazing event! read more

We celebrated my son's 5th birthday at Brickspace. Ms. Fary and her team were kind, courteous, and very involved with the kids. My son is special needs and we had a few of his classmates with us. She created an itinerary that was engaging and kept all the kiddos interested. We were nervous at first on how the kids would react, but they all loved it. We had our grandson's 10th Birthday party at Brickspace in Benicia. The kids had a blast! We had a total of 10 kids. From the time each child stepped into Brickspace Ms. Fary and her assistant Nick made sure they were involved in the Legos build project. Ms. Fary gave each child an opportunity to explain what they built. There was also a project the kids participated in together. They all really enjoyed the party. This was the best party he has ever had. Such a change from the arcade and trampoline parties. It was a relaxing time for the kids and the parents. Ms. Fary is very experienced and very caring with the kids. You can tell she loves working with them. I highly recommend having your child's next party there. It was a great experience. read more

Fantastic STEAM Program for Young Learners! Ms. Nanette is a Gem! My four-year-old son attended the STEAM Learning for Young Learners program at Brickspace for about five months, going twice a week (Mondays for "Young Builders" and Fridays for "Curious Kids Love Science"), and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the experience! The heart of this program for us was undoubtedly Ms. Nanette. She is an incredibly kind, sweet, and encouraging teacher who has a special connection with each of her students. It was evident that she spends quality one-on-one time with the students, fostering individual relationships and making them all feel equally valued. My son adored her and would give her big hugs every day at pickup--a true testament to how comfortable and happy he felt. I was consistently impressed by the creative and engaging activities Ms. Nanette planned. They were perfectly designed to stimulate their young minds and develop fine motor skills. From "Chinese Paper Making" and "Earthworm Science" to "Building a Leprechaun Trap" and various LEGO building challenges, my son was always excited about what he did and learned. I also really appreciated the verbal summary Ms. Nanette provided to parents at the end of each session, detailing their activities. The program itself is wonderfully structured, focusing on learning through play and hands-on activities that cover academics, STEAM projects (such as LEGO building and science experiments), the arts, and more. My child not only had a blast but also developed new skills and made friends. While this specific program is transitioning to a summer camp format now, we are so grateful for the excellent foundation and positive experience our son had over the past few months. We wholeheartedly recommend Brickspace, especially Ms. Nanette, for any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching environment for their young child. read more

My 8 year old loved this place. They have different locations, time slots, themes and it's a STEAM based camp. My son chose an around the world theme that had a focus on food and animals. Space was clean and welcoming. My son has a lot of anxiety when it comes to new places at he felt at ease right off the bat. I booked months ago for summer, I picked different camps based on my son's interests and where I thought his ADHD would benefit. He has a ton of energy and if he isnt being kept busy mentally it starts showing by him fidgeting and moving a lot. The camp incorporated education on different countries, making traditional foods from that country as a snack, art with themes from the country and building with the legos. The First day they made fried rice, next day Bruschetta and so on. He was so happy upon pick up every day, wanted to tell me everything he learned, show me his art, he said it was one of his top camps and he has done 5 camps this year. Staff was fantastic and he really enjoyed how pleasant and engaging they were My only issue is that the online website can be confusing to navigate, communication vie receipts and confirmation is sometimes partial, having to look one place for an address, another place for time, two of their locations are so close that confusing which one is easy. With a busy life the extra work of trying to find info can be a little bothersome. read more

I learned about Brickspace when Fary Koh, the director, did an activity in my son's TK classroom. My son is 5 years old and really into science and building and crafts, so this was totally his kind of thing. I also noticed that he connected with Ms Fary right away, and felt very comfortable expressing himself around her. So, when I learned that Brickspace offers summer programs for young kids, it was very easy to convince my son to go. He has begged us to sign him up for 2 more weeks! The staff are super friendly, and it's a nice relaxed environment. I'm so glad that Brickspace is part of our community, and my little scientist-artist can't wait to take part in more! read more

We had my daughter's 6th Birthday at Brickspace and it was AMAZING! During the planning, Fary was very responsive to my emails. During the party, she and her staff were very organized and kept the kids engaged and entertained. My daughter's party theme was Cats so they created activities that incorporated the theme. They painted their favorite cats, built a lego house for their cats and read a story about a cat. The youngest in attendance was a 2 year old and they managed to keep her engaged as well. Everyone had a great time even the parents who got to relax, eat and chit chat since the kids were all kept busy. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

Although we miss our in person Brickspace classes, Fary and her staff have really met the challenge of online/zoom STEAM learning! My boys ages 7 and 5 both love their classes. During "distance learning" it's nice to know that our children have an opportunity to continue their science and STEAM learning with educators with a kind and knowledgeable approach. This is an important part of our school day at home and takes some pressure off me as a full time working parent to provide this. Fary goes above and beyond to make sure every child/family has the supplies they need for each class. We highly recommend Brickspace learning! read more

We just had my sons 3rd birthday here and it was amazing. He wanted a skeleton/Halloween themed party and Fary delivered! She had several activities set up for the kids to do that fit the theme and they all had so much fun. My son is still talking about how much fun it was and how he wants to go back. We'll definitely be making plans to come back! read more

I've used BrickSpace for drop-in daytime play/care, "date night" late hour care and recently threw my 4 year old son's birthday party here using their birthday package. The facility and staff are AWESOME all around!! For the birthday party...I threw the owner a curve ball when I asked her to create a "Fishing" themed party (which they had never done before) for ten boys & girls, ages 3-10 years old. Not an easy task! However, she and the staff nailed it! The activities managed to not just include, but engage ALL of them for the full 2-hour session. In addition to free-building Lego play, there were prepared educational sit-downs (all about fishing, tackle, bait, fish, etc.), team-building projects, creative & scientific activities, and more! Another plus is that the parties are 100% staffed and facilitated. We opt'd to skip the birthday cake 'at' BrickSpace and let the kids play for the full two hours. This allowed us parents to hang out and enjoy a much-needed catch-up session over a couple beers down the block at Rookies Sports Bar. As the session came to an end, we collected the kids and headed up the street to Pizza Pirate for some hometown pizza & birthday cake in their private room (which they do NOT charge for, by the way!) Plus, the restaurant manager, Joe, extended an awesome 15% total bill discount (something he offers for all BrickSpace parties). Winter month birthdays are always a challenge...but both these local venues provided the perfect solution for our needs. Plus it was a lot of fun, reasonably priced, educational and available rain or shine. read more

My daughter was apart of an event on 3/11. As we waited in line for registration. Seemingly nice lady came to greet the children. She greeted a girl apart of our group but skipped over the only two African American children in line and hugged two Caucasian children behind us. Of course I noticed this because this behavior is very common and saddens me. My daughter did enjoy herself and the rest of the group as well but I cant stand for that. I left happy that my daughter learned more about STEM but first impressions are so important. read more

We love Brickspace! We've come here for open play, winter break camps, and I've hosted both of my kids' birthday parties here. Fary is so creative in all the events that she plans. Fary can accommodate almost any birthday theme, she's a kid at heart and comes up with fun ideas. We did a hot wheels theme for my son's 3rd birthday party. We love Brickspace! We are a Lego loving family and this place is a dream come true-- a great space to play and experiement and learn. We've had my son's 6th and 7th birthday parties at Brickspace and both times felt it was money very well spent! ALL The kids had a great time, the party is very well organized and personalized. Each child has his own chance to build as well as take home a small lego kit as well! (No goodie bags for me to worry about!) :-) Fary was great at coming up with a party for any theme my son would pick too! We did Star Wars jedi training academy last yaer, and then Transformers this year. Aside from the birthdays, we love to bring both my sons (ages 3 and 6) for some drop off play when they are open for free-play time. I created a Yelp account just to share our awesome experience at Brickspace! Here it goes... We attended a birthday party at Brickspace at the First Street location a few months ago and my son loved it! He wouldn't stop talking about how much fun he had there, so we decided to throw his 4th birthday party there too. He specifically asked for a Lego Super Hero party, so Brickspace was the perfect location! Fary is awesome! She was easy to work with from beginning to end. She suggested to have our party at the Tyler Street location based on the amount of guests we planned to invite. I've never been there, so she sent me pictures of the place. The pictures she sent looked great, so I confirmed the Tyler Street location. When we got there on the day of my son's party, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were bigger than I expected! There is a separate room with plenty of tables to use to setup food, a cake table, and for guests to sit down. Had I known it was that big, I would've made more decorations to hang on the walls. The staff was very patient and did a fantastic job facilitating the activities for the kids. My son had a blast and did not want to leave! He is already talking about having another super hero party there. If your child loves Legos or building, this is the place to go. Both locations are great and Fary and her staff are awesome!! read more
