Went here for the 1st time on Wednesday November 12th 2025 with my parents. First off, been to a…read moreMichael's Before, and they usually have nice items such as decorations, seasonal items, arts and crafts, cake decorating items and more! Before we pulled in to the parking lot of nearby Home Depot, we noticed that they had christmas trees, since we saw through the window. After going to Home Depot, we decided to check out the Christmas trees here. Easy parking, as this share a lot with Total Wine next door, and easy to find wagons if one needs, but we didn't get one this trip. Their christmas trees were located in the front, and they had a few nice ones that were reasonably priced, as well as on sale too. We were just looking and couldn't find one that we liked, plus we were also price checking too. Hope to be back another time!

Extremely disappointed as a loyal customer - in late December I placed an order online for store…read morepick up. I ended up getting stuck due to work travel and was not able to make it to the store to pick up my item in time. Usually this is not a problem as the order will be cancelled and funds are returned. However, this time, that was not the case! While the attempt for the refund was made the debit card used to make the purchase expired on 12/31 so he funds were rejected. I called the store and explained this, the gentleman on the phone just stated he knows nothing about "this" and gave me the following ph# 800-642-4235 which according to him was a Michael's Customer Care line. So sure, not a problem, I will call them. I waited on hold for over an hour, when I did get to a rep she flat out told me that the issue was my fault for having a bad debit card and I needed to take it up with my bank. I explained to her that I have the same card the only thing different is that it has a new expiration date, I asked if she can run the refund through using the new date. She said that it's my issue with my bank to call them. I didn't get the feeling that the rep fully understood my issue, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor who called herself Naomi stated that the order was cancelled on their end and the money owed to me ended up "some where". I asked her, if I didn't receive it then where is "some where". She did not have an answer, however, she did say that she needed to connect with her "finance" team for an approval and that they could even provide me with a reference # (not sure what a reference # is). She PROMISED me a call back that day, told me to keep my phone line open and that if she didn't connect with me that day it would definitely be within 24-48 hours. It has been 2 weeks and NOTHING and NO refund. I have attempted to call back but after waiting over 30 mins each time I hang up. I am owed $53.10 from Michael's......and while $53.10 is not going to make or break me, it's still my $$. Either give me my product or help me get my $$ back.
