There were multiple lines outside the Mattel Toy Store and NO ONE knew which lines led where. I asked 7 different employees and volunteers and no one had any idea, they all just apologized for not knowing. Even at the Legends Tour, none of the employees or volunteers knew which booth had what, or where to find the LEGENDS CAR YOU BUY. And there were NO DUMP BINS. This store and the event were incredibly disappointing and I will not recommend anyone to ever attend the event here or come to the Mattel store. You are better off going to hotwheels stores in your local areas. This was the biggest let-down as a diehard car collector.

We waited patiently and followed the rules we were given. The manager came outside and told everyone to get out of line, which immediately created chaos and hostility. Once the line was disrupted, grown men who appeared to be there to scalp the products pushed toward the front, despite her saying that no one was allowed to line up. My son followed the instructions and did everything he was supposed to do, yet the rules were not consistently enforced. After disrupting what had been a calm and organized line, the manager never came back outside to maintain order. Because of this he wasn't able to get any products when these men were walking out selling immediately. There have been Pokémon drops here before without these kinds of problems. This was extremely chaotic and poorly organized, and it was frustrating to see kids who followed the rules affected by the situation. Management should have had a clear plan and been outside enforcing the rules consistently if they were going to change how the line was being handled. This lady needs training and some common sense. Very disappointed with our experience and lack of accountability
