Since then, the rent has increased 700.00, with zero improvement or benefits for each increase. For example-housekeeping has reduced from once a week, down to once a month; staffing issues? The first 8 months the food was amazing, now it's just sad, hospital food. HEAT!! My mom's thermostat hasn't been above 62-65 degrees FOR THREE WEEKS. We were told there's an issue "with the outside of the building". No communication on when this will be fixed, but in the meantime, residents are suffering in their frigid apartments. Staff used to answer the phone, now you must leave a message and pray for a response.

From the first initial phone call with Sarah it was evident that she was very knowledgeable but most importantly she was a caring person. Having never experienced anything quite like this before in my life and having a mother being diagnosed with frontal temporal dementia, it felt like the world was crashing in. I did not know Sarah and had never talked to her in my life however I remember her making me feel better and hopeful. Also, it was a Saturday evening when I spoke with her and we had a lengthy conversation as she wanted to learn about my mother and our family. I found that quite impressive as she took time from her weekend to help us. Sarah was always there when we had questions and I was quite impressed with the great relationships she had built with others in the industry. I could tell that she was respected. Sarah was very patient with us , teaching us and informing us of all we needed to know to make a educated decision. Without Sarah, I am not sure we would have found the most wonderful place we did for my mom. Sarah took the time to listen and get to know us and found the perfect fit for my mom. My mother has been in her new memory care home for almost 4 months now and she is doing quite well. It is such relief that she is being taken care of by such a wonderful staff.
