I'm sure this has prompted more than one incident where a customer was accused of attempted shoplifting just for getting some soda or water they wanted to buy and didn't want to make a second trip for. The line can also get long and winding around here which I bet makes this issue worse. When preparing the hot chocolate, they steamed the oat milk the way you'd see it done at Starbucks and usually don't get at a deli.
