Also frustrates me that you are forced to pay a minimum of 18% tip for service that ruins your night! That's what's wrong with workers these days. They get paid regardless on how they turn up!

The guy serving us seemed pretty cool until my husband told a joke that he did not understand turning his service sour from that moment on - perhaps he was just having a bad day, who knows, but certainly no need for despotism. Good service or bad service doesn't make a difference to us if the food is good and it wasn't so we will never return.

Instead of an apology the restaraunt wanted to tell their tale of woe. Opportunity knocked and will now seek service quality and decency elsewhere.
