I do believe this is more of a place for resellers, as I saw a few people searching and calling out certain brands - and the fact there was a person saying they could sell a piece for some amount. But...this warehouse is open to the public and is truly the ultimate treasure hunt. This location is very clean inside, along with the blue bins and their contents. I did encounter a random wet item in a bin, which freaked me out for a second, but all was good. The bins are not organized by type of clothing, so you really have to sort through them. They had new item rotations every half hour during my visit here, but everybody hovers over those when it happens. You can join the hunt, but you can't bring your cart to the new rotation areas - you have to carry them by hand. Staff are mostly college-aged and all are friendly. The register staff were polite also. The air circulation was okay here, but it does get stuffy after a short while. I was happy to step out after finishing my shopping. I got a few pieces (7 pieces to be exact) for about $18. It's $3.19 per pound for clothes. In all, a pretty great experience and would come back. Thanks, Goodwill!

Thank you for that. A true gem and fun store to always find treasures. There is order, cleanliness and structure here that the management has created that especially the San Fernando Road store needs to exhibit and learn from Spruce Street. There's even a sense of community here, getting to meet other like minded shoppers. They also refresh the bins perfectly. Sets up barricade. Gives disclaimer to be respectful and not to run. Everybody abides. And they refresh frequently. 100% worth spending a day here shopping, always finding gems the t-shirt bros leave behind

Today, I walked out with a cart full of clothes that were $2 each. At other locations, I'm lucky if I find 1 or 2 discounted items. The managers seem like they genuinely want to move their inventory instead of just marking everything up as much as they think they can get away with. The manager who helped check me out today was so sweet and kind. She even went the extra mile to apply the student discount for me. The pricing is extremely fair. Reminds me of pre-COVID thrifting. Ever since the grand reopening they've been getting some good brands! I scored some Uggs for $6, Spanx leggings for $2, and there were a couple different North Face for $6-$10. The only thing I'd suggest working on is better organization by size. As you can see in the picture all sizes are jumbled up even though the dividers indicate they do try to organize by size. It's probably shoppers who are putting clothes back randomly, which sucks, but hey, guests are gonna be guests. Other locations do seem better at staying on top of that issue-- but overall, not a big deal if you're not pressed for time.

I saw two giant cockroaches, one dead and one alive (employee kindly removed the dead one when I informed him). I get that a thrift store isn't going to be as clean as a department store, but I have never seen roaches at a Goodwill before. Some weird beetles, yes, but I grabbed a shirt today and a roach fell off it and then ran underneath the rack. A few minutes later at a different section of the store I looked down and there was a huge dead one right underfoot. This isn't a slight against the employees-- they're very nice and friendly people. It's not really in their control, but perhaps management should look into hiring pest control. Aside from the bugs, this location smells notably awful. The aisles with the stuffed animals and the shoe aisles make me want to gag. They're very mildewy/foot fungusy. I likely won't return here again. If I wanted to get all nasty I could just head over to the bins down the street and spend a fraction of the cost.
