You'll have more boutique and locally owned businesses, or the big Dillards, Sephora. They are building a Dick's Sporting Goods here and a ramen place! We've come here often enough that it's better than the malls closest to us and the outlet, imho. There's plenty of parking, but because of the construction, you'll want to park in certain areas.

I would have expected them to depart to a strip center somewhere else in the metro area. The other store I frequent is Tommy Bahama, but I don't shop there as often as I use, too. I can now just go on line and have it shipped to my home. My most recent visit, I could see the wear and tear of the Galleria and a desperate need for repairs and maintenance. So my trip was not useless, I found what I came for. I had no interaction with an employee, I found what I needed by myself and I used self check-out. That said, if you're willing to dig, you can usually find what you need--though it might take longer than expected. The staff are a mixed bag: some are arguing with each other, others glued to their phones... but when you catch one who's actually on the floor and engaged, they're genuinely willing to help and often go out of their way to assist you.
