The staff was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I didn't have to wait long at all, which I really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and they accepted Delta Dental insurance. Everyone was very welcoming from the receptionist, to the dental assistant (Lovely), to the dentists (Dr. Esther and Dr. John), and to the hygienist (Tabitha) who cleaned my teeth. I felt very at home and loved that played Christian music and even had on Christian tv shows on in the rooms. They have very up to date equipment and technology, including mobile x-rays of your teeth that they can do on you in your room instead of having to go to the x-ray room (however they did both for me this visit). Dr. Esther addressed all issues I had with my teeth and reassured me of everything. This was overall a great experience and I look forward to being a long-term patient! It also seems he missed a broken tooth, because he recommended a get it filled also, but when the compound broke off and I went in to get it replaced, he said the tooth was actually broken in half and needed additional work. I have since started seeing a new dentist, who found the weak fillings and replaced them for me, and I've had no problems so far.
