It was a long day but the doctor and staff were great! I've healed beautifully and I would recommend Dr. Bricca and his staff!

Dr. Bricca performed two Mohs surgeries for basal cell carcinoma on my nose. Both times he did excellent work.

If you are looking for an actual MD that specializes in cosmetic look no further! I am crazily…read moreriddled with anxiety (so bad that I had almost left before my appointment) as I have had traumatic scarring on my face and it is beyond an insecurity of mine to say the least. I usually feel judged or weird around people when I'm not wearing make up. Dr.Hearth himself did not make me feel like that at all. He is super knowledgeable! He 100% could have upsold me on an expensive procedure, which I had originally thought was necessary. He let me know that, that actually wouldn't do anything too much to improve what I wanted to improve! I will definitely be back! Do not go to esthetic centers where you will be hustled! I've been through it all trust me when I say this, come here!

I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience at Granite Bay Dermatology & Laser Center…read morewith Dr. Scott B. Hearth's office. I went in specifically for skin tag removal and was treated by Dr. Johanna Dawson and her assistant. They clearly explained it as a cosmetic procedure that insurance would not cover. When I asked about the cost, I was told it would be $200 or less. The procedure was performed, and when I inquired about follow-up if the tags didn't fully resolve, the doctor assured me there would be no additional charge for the same tags. At checkout, the front desk told me the total billed was $180 with my responsibility being $108.94. I paid what I understood to be my full share based on what I was told that day. A month later, with half the skin tags still present, I received a bill for an additional $200 specifically for the "cosmetic procedure." When I called billing to question this, they claimed the original $180 was only for the office visit and this was a separate charge. No one had disclosed this breakdown or the true total cost on the day of service. Had I known the full amount upfront, I would have addressed payment immediately. Instead, I was left with incomplete results and surprise billing. I called to schedule a follow-up for the remaining tags (the exact same ones the doctor had already treated), and I was told I would be charged again despite the doctor's earlier assurance. They also refused to schedule the appointment until the disputed bill is paid. The entire process felt like a classic bait-and-switch focused on maximizing charges rather than transparent care. The staff comes across as very superficial -- smiling and giving partial information during the visit, but showing little genuine concern for patient outcomes or clarity once the procedure is done. It seems the priority is collecting every possible dollar rather than supporting patients through the full treatment process they promise. I would strongly caution anyone considering services here to get every single cost, charge code, and follow-up policy in writing before agreeing to anything. Extremely poor communication and patient-focused care. UPDATE: The business's public reply to my feedback on Google maps is nothing but empty lip service and word salad. They still refuse to acknowledge that the total cost for the procedure was never clearly communicated to me on the day of service. Their response tries to shift all responsibility onto the patient while defending their confusing billing practices. When I later called to schedule a follow-up for the remaining (same) skin tags, the staff member was extremely rude and demeaning. The office manager, Barbara, did eventually call me back and personally apologized for the poor tone of that call as well as for the incomplete information given on the day of the procedure. However, that private apology does not match the defensive, blame-shifting public response from the business. It feels like they are more interested in protecting their position than genuinely resolving patient concerns. The superficial smiles during the visit quickly disappear when issues arise. Their questionable approach to communication and customer service makes me seriously wonder about their ethics and how they retain patients.

My first appointment was with Tiffany, PA-C, and my follow-up a couple days ago was with the owner, Heidi, PA-C. Both providers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I also like that they offer affordable membership pricing and specials that make treatments more realistic to keep up with long term. Overall, I'm very happy with both providers and my experience here.

I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising…read moreagain, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

The final straw happened on May 5, where I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:00 am appointment. I felt hopeful I would FINALLY be seen on time, as there was no one in the waiting room. I was quickly put into a room and told to put on a paper gown. After 45 minutes, I was still waiting and I was freezing and I felt frustrated. I popped my head out of the room asking for help and "Kim", cooly told me I would need to talk to the MA. What!? The doctor arrived 5 minutes later and admitted she had seen 2 patients that had arrived for their appointment late! She said the front staff did not inform her that I was on time, while the others were late. I thought it was extremely unfair that I was inconvenienced when I had arrived to my appointment on time. Why did the front staff not check on me or give me an update after 45 minutes? When I called later and spoke to the Office Manager "James", he defended his staff and said the doctors know their schedule and recommended I should book the first appointment at 7:45 am or 1:00 pm to avoid delays.

You should not have to work this hard to be a patient…read more I had a cosmetic issue addressed for one spot that required payment for a full face treatment. The Dr. said she would touch it up if needed (at no charge) as the one spot was the reason for the treatment. Over 4 weeks I called 2 times advising I needed a touch up-receiving no response. I called again and finally got an appt on my third call-in which I explained the Dr. said she would touch it up at no charge. Went for the touch up (because Dr.'s first attempt failed) and got a call after walking out that they needed payment. I explained what the Dr. had told me and after putting me on hold numerous times they still said it required payment. Either they didn't ask the Dr. or the Dr. doesn't do what she says she will-instead they acted as if I snuck out without paying for something I was told I would not have to pay for. If you are considering this office you must know communication is nonexistent . I emailed for a refill and never heard back. I finally called and was told to call for such things as "No one monitors the email". After that experience I asked while in office for a refill and that never happened either. You can also expect to wait a long time beyond your appt. One visit I waited almost an hour past my appt time and had to get changed and leave because they were behind. After years of this nonsense I'm finding another Dermatologist.
