Botanicals really delivered on what I asked for...lots of fresh, vibrant color! My sister threw away the envelope after she got the flowers, but then asked me to send her the florist information because she had gotten so many compliments and requests to know who had done the bouquet. Unfortunately,…read moreI did not give them the time needed to order white tulips and they thought they could use white roses instead. I live in CA so with the time difference and time restraint, the designer had to make a decision on whether to use the white roses which she felt did not look good in my preferred design or change the design to make sure they delivered a beautiful arrangement. I loved the arrangement she chose and so many that attended the funeral have called to tell me how beautiful they were. I think her decision to change the arrangement rather than send a design she wasn't proud of was extremely professional and I will order flowers from Pots of Luck for all occasions for my NC friends and family. Thanks for your special attention to detail.

My husband specifically requested this to be a surprise for Valentine's Day, yet I received multiple phone calls and a voicemail beforehand asking if someone would be available to accept the delivery. The flowers were being delivered to a place of business, which should have made that obvious from the address. While the product was excellent, the handling of the delivery took away from what was meant to be a special surprise. I hope this feedback helps improve the delivery experience, because the floral design itself was truly lovely.

BEWARE: I ordered flowers on blossomflowerdelivery.com and it's a scam company. DO NOT ORDER from this company, they stole the name of this local flower company and deliver a really cheap flower arrangement. I paid over $70 for a Christmas Center Piece and they delivered a centerpiece that looked to be about $20 and said they had to substitute flowers because of flowers being out of season, which is part of their scam. You can see the flowers I ordered off the internet and what was actually delivered, super embarrassing. Also, when I tried to contact the company, I was on hold and then got disconnected, not surprised.
