The bouquet itself was absolutely beautiful -- fresh, well-arranged, and clearly made with care. Unfortunately, the delivery experience missed the mark. My husband specifically requested this to be a surprise for Valentine's Day, yet I received multiple phone calls and a voicemail beforehand asking if someone would be available to accept the delivery. The flowers were being delivered to a place of business, which should have made that obvious from the address. While the product was excellent, the handling of the delivery took away from what was meant to be a special surprise. I hope this feedback helps improve the delivery experience, because the floral design itself was truly lovely. read more

BEWARE: I ordered flowers on blossomflowerdelivery.com and it's a scam company. DO NOT ORDER from this company, they stole the name of this local flower company and deliver a really cheap flower arrangement. I paid over $70 for a Christmas Center Piece and they delivered a centerpiece that looked to be about $20 and said they had to substitute flowers because of flowers being out of season, which is part of their scam. You can see the flowers I ordered off the internet and what was actually delivered, super embarrassing. I ordered a tropical plant for a friend's birthday. In the instructions, I asked for it to be delivered after 5:30 and if they were not home, leave it on the front porch since it was a large tropical plant and could be outside. The next day, I got a text message stating that it could not be delivered and they would try again. I responded and again provided the details about leaving it on the front porch. Later I got a message that it was delivered and the recipient loved it. When I checked it had yet to be delivered. This went on for several days with the plant never being delivered. I am out of state and selected this florist based on their claim to be the number 1 florist in Pinehurst NC. If they are the best I cannot imagine what the worst is like. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST IF YOU EXPECT ANY LEVEL OF BASIC SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I finally canceled the order and am waiting for a refund. No pleasure in receiving a birthday gift a week after your birthday! read more

This order was eventually fulfilled by Blossom who was hired by From You Flowers to make bouquet and deliver. I ordered a bouquet via "From You Flowers" (which Blossom is contracted by, for the Fearrington area). The bouquet was for my mother's birthday who was spending her first birthday alone since my dad died. I ordered the bouquet early, the person said it would be delivered the morning of her birthday. I called my mom early that day and wished her happy birthday. 4 days later I called her and asked her if the bouquet came. She said no (which shocked me!) I then called From You Flowers and they apologized and said they would contact the business who they contract with, & then confirmed that it would be delivered the next day. It was not delivered the next day! Finally the bouquet got there on Thursday when it should have gotten there on Saturday. They told me the bouquet was going to be bigger than the one I ordered because of the mistake. My mom showed me a picture of it and not only was it small it also barely had any blue blooms like the picture showed. It was a pretty lame looking bouquet if you ask me. My mom told me it was delivered by Blossom. She tried to be kind to me about it because she knew how upset I was but honestly the bouquet was a total let down. Completely lame. AND for it to be 5 days late. What the heck? I know From You Flowers isn't Blossom per se, but each business in this circumstance represents the other. They only charged me half $30 which was an utter disappointment again for the disappointment me and my mother experienced on some many different aspects in this transaction. So incredibly lame. For you Flowers told me they were not going to work with the florist they contracted out again, but who really knows? They only thing I could think of is that it was wedding season and my order went to the back burner. Very lame. read more

We received an arrangement from some dear friends when my wife had a hip replaced. It was only by chance that we looked in our delivery box. Our box has a ball that when you open the box you have to let the ball drop. Leaving the ball down lets us know there has been a delivery. We have a deer fence around the property and this system has always worked with all deliveries. Needless to say the flowers were in the box for at least two days and were virtually ruined and ant infested. When we called to talked to the owner she was defensive and insulting. She said my husband is intelligent and we should have a sign saying to leave the ball down. Interesting that an intelligent person wasn't intuitive enough to figure this out. She also said they left us a message. No messages on either of the phones! Not a very customer oriented business!! read more
