I found this business on Yelp. Our water heater was leaking. Brian came out with in an hour of my call to give an estimate. Turns out our pressure regulator had worn out and house pressure was 120 psi, which had worn out the tank. He suggested the addition of a pressure tank to prolong the life of the new water heater. The replacement of the pressure regulator, water heater, addition of a pressure tank, and repiping due to the different size and configuration of the new water heater was all completed in one day. Before leaving he asked if there was anything else he could do. One of our sinks had had a very slow tap since we moved in. He quickly took it apart and found small rocks that apparently had been left in the fitting by the remodelers. I can't think of anyway the service could have been better. read more

I needed a quick turnaround for our gas furnace and sent my request for a quote late Friday night. Brian reached out almost immediately and was able to come the next morning to take a look. I was REALLY impressed by how much time he took to troubleshoot and figure out what the core issue of our problem was. We had another estimate from Bee's Plumbing & Heating and they barely were here for 5 mins and even charged us $99 for coming out. We moved forward with Brian and he came and fixed our circuitboard as well as our intake motor. While doing this he even fixed some of the hacky wiring the previous owners did. I bought a tankless water heater and needed someone to install it. After getting several bids, I chose Brian's Plumbing & Heating. Brian was very professional, and really knows his stuff. He was careful to do the job right, without cutting corners. The water heater worked great after installation. I did, however, have problem with the water heater itself. Brian came out and took a look at it, for free. He confirmed that there was a bad part, and it would be a warranty issue. I let the manufacturer know, and they are sending a replacement part for free. I would recommend Brian to anyone with plumbing or heating needs. His years of experience as a licensed journeyman plumber qualifies him for the most complex plumbing or heating repair problems. We had a leakage and sink replacement issue in the bathroom off the master bedroom. He solved the leaks by replacing old and worn out values and he replaced a broken sink in short order.
