I have a two point review, first is the level of service from the Manager of the Na Hoku Koloa…read moreKauai store. She was absolutely the best and resolved my issue immediately!! Problem solver, professional and I give her a 5 star rating given my frustration with the product itself. Kudos to her!! The second part is disappointing, I purchased the koa wood cross on May 20th 2026, and six days later the chain clasp broke. Shouldn't happen with so called fine jewelry. Now this wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that this is my second piece of jewelry that I am having issue with. I purchased a Black pearl bracelet in June of 2026, the magnetic clasp broke a year later, I brought it into the same location, they sent it to Honolulu and six weeks later I received the repaired bracelet only to have the magnetic clasp break again. The issue appears to be the quality of the product, I don't know because I read good reviews too, but my experience has soured me on the product if it weren't for the great customer service of the Manager.

Souvenirs like magnets and cups are great, but I am so happy that I found a couple of pieces designed right here in Kauai that I can wear forever! There were a lot of classic pieces, and some island themed and sourced. Located in a very charming, but small shopping center (pro tip: there's a yummy bakery across the way). I was able to meet the owners and they were very friendly and showed me a lot of pieces. They were very patient, and not pushy at all. They were also very knowledgeable. I was also able to purchase a couple pieces for under $100 for gifts. I definitely recommend popping in whether you are local or visiting.

She was so rude and when many of us tried to negotiate due to very cheap materials and high prices, she said this wasn't a charity with the biggest attitude and acted like we were such an inconvenience. She was the only booth not willing to negotiate, although she had much cheaper quality than most of the other booths. One of their silver rings that you could get at a silver booth all over Hawaii for like $40 costed $100 here! They also clearly bought in wholesale (meaning their products should have been cheaper) because we saw two bags of 30+ of one type of ring as well as tubs behind the booth that we believed were full of more of those bags, except different jewelry. My friend ended up paying the ridiculous price for one of their rings and not only did it turn her finger green, it bent out of shape. This place is completely overpriced, uses cheap materials, and rude staff. If you are really set on going to spouting horn, I suggest you avoid this booth.
