Since my 6 Month auto policy was invoked, I have seen my rates increase 20% ($808 to $970 + renewed increases as well). There was some auto payment issues that I felt should have prompted a call from my agent, which I never received. I found a new agent for my business seeing these issues be troublesome. Online, I requested policy changes to cancel and explained in detail why, which was not in positive light of the agent's performance. I finally received a call from Greg that was very contentious and unprofessional. As the dissatisfied customer, his combative tone and swear language directed at me made me satisfied to move my business and give this review. The customer service phone line at Farmers cancelled my policy quick and easy and said to be issuing me prorated refunds. Hence the two stars!
