Maybe they were too busy but they sent me the wrong color. After emailing them back and forth the owner contacted me and went out of her way to fix the problem for me which I very much appreciated. She continued to keep me updated with my tracking and everything. I'm so happy with the way she handled my situation, be patient with them, and as I said they are highly recommended by a moms group that's why I can see it could be a little overwhelming for them.

The owner says she is for disabled children but how can you be when you offer a product and never can execute on the approval or delivery and lie to customers...She'll probably run her rude mouth on this review looking for sympathy. Don't give it to her and listen to the consumers.... This place is terrible and she lies. I really feel bad for her staff to have to work with this woman. This place needs an ethics review because the owner is garbage! They said this, when I called my insurance company and my insurance is indeed in network---- "We truly regret to inform you that your insurance verification for the Pediatric Wheelchairs & Strollers (Wagons) has not been approved at this time due to being out of network with your current policy. Our contracting is continually working diligently on being accepted in more plans."

Further proving the desolation of the area are the Christmas decorations; the tree outside was decorated with ornaments and a "dead deer" hanging by its back legs in the tree. (OK maybe I am being slightly dramatic - its not that far out of civilization). Any way. They have every little random thing you might need in a pinch, but it is definitely not a place to do your main shopping. It was $7 for a bag of chips and carton of eggs but it saved a bunch of gas and time, so I think it evens out. I am sure we will be back, frequently, as someone in the family is at the cabin every weekend. Its good to know a place run by nice people exists conveniently nearby.

We decided to stop in with the entire family, including our kids on our way home to Iowa from Minnesota. You will find many trinkets, gifts, souvenirs and toys at this popular road side attraction. As they say " there is something for everyone" The shop is filled from top to bottom with "stuff" Nothing I needed to buy, haha, but the kids definitely find it exciting. We have driven by it for many years so it was interesting to see what this place was all about. My boys left with a toy gun, a pirate parrot that sits on your shoulder and pirate treasures. You definitely won't forget about this shop. I'm sure the kids will ask to stop in next year.

I browsed around and saw a cool German Shepherd wooden key chain. I had in my hand to buy, but then saw a ridiculous price of $12.99. I did ask if they had aliens and she said playing cards. I didn't see them. Not overly friendly. Super expensive. Narrow aisles that you have to navigate around other people and kids without bumping into anything.
