If she is not able to directly address a medical treatment, she immediately forwards my information to the appropriate person and I always receive a referral in a timely manner. Dr. Orincea always greets me with a smile, and genuinely seems happy to see me when I make an office visit. That speaks volumes considering her job involves listening to patients complain about pain and medical issues all day long. To have a Dr. that by the end of her shift is still smiling, always means the world to me. Additionally, her staff always treats me with kindness and respect, while also having wonderful bedside manner as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Orincea to anyone needing a kind, and caring physician who is very professional, and thorough.

This was said before she even performed an examination of my son. I left the appointment feeling as though I had paid for a consultation that provided no meaningful evaluation, guidance, or plan of care. Based on my experience, Orencia came across as inexperienced and lacked the confidence or expertise to address our concerns. I later contacted the CHI Business Office to dispute the bill. The review process took more than five months. At the end of that process, I was informed that the final decision rested with the provider or their office--not with an independent third party. Unsurprisingly, they upheld the charge. Overall, the entire experience--from the appointment itself to the billing dispute--was disappointing and felt like a complete waste of both my time and money.

I am posting this review based on a review I recently read about Pacific Medical Center in…read morePuyallup. It seems important to share our own experiences with Pacific Medical Center in Puyallup because everyone in this office has been truly caring, kind and compassionate to my Grandmother. From the very first visit with my Grandmother's Primary Care Physician, Dr. Kim, we immediately realized this was personalized health care. Dr. Kim always spent the extra time listening to my Grandmother's concerns and determining what could be done to assist my Grandmother. When appropriate, Dr. Kim ordered additional tests and consistently followed up with the results. Besides providing excellent medical care, we appreciated Dr. Kim's personable demeanor. He always remembered to use each of our names when we visited the office and he patiently went through our usual list of questions that we brought to each of our visits. This level of patient care did not end with Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim's nurse was equally helpful and caring towards my Grandmother. She often spent extra time caring for my Grandmother during our visits, calling to answer questions for my Grandmother, following up with the doctor and scheduling appointments so my Grandmother could be seen for more urgent concerns sooner. Lastly, the front desk staff in this office remained patient when we came across challenges with my Grandmother's insurance plan. Additionally, they worked hard to patiently handle insurance billing questions, schedule follow up appointments and answer questions for my Grandmother. They were always professional and respectful which meant a lot to us. We really could not have asked for anything more from Pacific Medical Center in Puyallup. We sincerely hope this review expresses our gratitude for ALL of the staff who treated my Grandmother with such kindness and care. Thank you so very much!! : )

She let me know that she sees a lot of people and doesn't have the time to find out what my symptoms are from. She did not perform an exam or ask me hardly any questions. She couldn't have cared less and was extremely condescending. It's heartbreaking to be in so much pain and pay for that type of experience. I was in the room for under 5 minutes proscribed something that she changed several times and sent on my way to figure it out.

They are rude & lack any sort of customer service skills. I don't understand why they have such a difficult time hiring good office staff when there are so many people with great customer service skills out there.

Where do I start? How about... Complete disappointment…read more I have been seeing doctor Alleman in this office for my whole life. Yes, he delivered me. And, now I realize how spoiled I was having him as my doctor. Which is why they recieved two stars. Otherwise, it would be ZERO! When he retired I was so bummed. But, because they had all my medical history, I decided to stay. Each time a little more disappointed but yesterday was the last straw. I don't mind if the doctor knows who wrote this review because they do not deserve to practice medicine... Period! This week was very troublesome for me. I had hives covering my whole body off and on this week which sent me into the hospital. My eyes were nearly swollen shut and I was having symptoms of anafalaxis. I went to check up with my normal doctors office as advised and it was JUST ridiculous! Though, most of my hives had subsided upon arrival I was still feeling very sick and having some odd symptoms I had not experienced before. My apt was at 4:30. The last appointment of the day. The whole time the doctor and nurse were rushed. They kept looking at the time on the computer acting anxious to leave. I understand, it's Halloween but this is also my health. I had to TELL the doctor what tests I'd like to get done and some the hospital suggested. He didn't act a bit concerned or really care as long as he could get out of there ASAP. I left feeling really upset. No one wants to feel as though there health is neglected. Its sad to say after 24 years I will be going somewhere else. If you have no compassion for your patients, seek a new career!
