Be careful when you reserve an ATV from Brian Head Outdoors. We spent one hour yesterday in the office reserving an ATV for today at 11:00. We paid for it, took the online ATV driving test and were assured with a phone call that the 5 seater would be available at 11:00. Social distancing done right! Some friends and I took a weekend trip to Brian Head to get out of our houses and get some fresh air. We had never come in the summertime and weren't really sure what to expect, but it was just as beautiful as in the wintertime. We decided to rent a four person atv for two hours to check out the surroundings. We were able to easily book the night before online and the check in process with seamless. The staff members were super friendly and they provided us with a map and detailed instructions on all of the available trails and sights to see. We had an awesome experience and would definitely rent again in the future. Two hours felt like the perfect amount of time for a first time rider and we were able to see plenty. We had an amazing time exploring Brian Head in a 2 person UTV! Booking was easy! We called ahead to know if there was same-day availability and were so pleased when Rolane was able to squeeze in a reservation. Rolane, who is also the owner, is a really great/nice guy who genuinely wants his customers to enjoy their experience. He does provide you with a map + written instructions so you never feel lost on the trail. All the suggested stops were stunning. *COVID19 friendly* ABSOLUTELY 110% WORTH THE MONEY. We got the 6 seater for 8 hours , & did all the trails in about 4 hours . So we got to explore a little more & enjoy more time at the places on the map we took more liking to. For sitting in that for 8 hours my body didn't even feel any type of sore ! The 6 seater is pretty luxurious seating for how "bumpy" the trails really look . No complaints at all & we had riders from 18-42 years old . The staff is also so welcoming & wonderful! Oh my gosh - if you're thinking about doing it, do it! Some of the most beautiful overlooks you can imagine with beautiful trails from point to point. Plan to use some basic navigation skills, but the trails are mostly marked and they provide a decent trail map. We rented the 4 seater for 8 hours and used every minute of it. The experience was pleasant from start to finish - UTVs was clean and worked flawlessly, all helmets and goggles are available at no extra charge, and the cost of gas is included in the rental. Our group of 12 made reservations online for one 4-seater, since it was the only one available initially. However, Rolane was able to accommodate us with two 6-seater UTVs once we arrived. He was very helpful and recommended a nice route around Lake Panguitch. The kids were also given helmets, and goggles were provided to those that wanted it. It was all included in our rental. DONT BOOK. The recording says they are open so we booked with our cc and drove two hours to have some fun. We show up and the place is closed for the season. We had no idea. We called several times and no one called as back. They took are $380 knowing they were closed for the season. Now I have claim fraud to get my money back with my bank and wait 90 days. They were super helpful and understanding when I made a wrong turn on the trail and got the Polaris buried up to the axles in snow and needed help getting out. Brian Head Outdoor Adventures was a terrific experience. We were in Brian head during the summer when a cold front hit and it began snowing! Anyway, it put our plan to visit Zion on hold, so we opted to take an ATV out with Brian Head Outdoor Adventures. We were completely unprepared for the weather, so they packed us up with blankets, and jackets along with the standard safety gear. The trails were pretty well marked and had terrific views. It was a great experience getting out in the hills and forest. We even met the family deer at the shop; so cool.
