He stepped out of his car, and threatened to call the police. Several minutes later, I got another call from his coworker. This guy told me to watch out, and expect a phone call from the police. Both were trying to intimidate, but I just ignored. Best thing to do is avoidance since he can't be reported.

I had to figure out how to get back to Vegas where I live and there are wildfires in the area so a lot of the firefighters have rental cars in the area and it's not a populated area at all. He really went out of his way to help me and get me as quickly as possible because he had to drive me from Loa to Saint George. That is a four hour drive. They charged two dollars a mile. It ended up being $400. Well, he was helping me. He also helped two other ladies on short little trips that they needed help with I did not mind going on side quests with him. We stopped off at a gas station so I can get some road snacks and he asked me if he could go help the other lady and he was gone for about 10 minutes. While I was riding with him, he got a lot of different calls and he's so incredibly helpful. This area is so lucky to have him and I feel like he's just goes out of his way to be so helpful to people and I cannot say enough nice things about him. I will be using him again when I have to go pick up my car next week. I really feel like this was my best most economical option. I did look into Aaa and having my car towed from Loa to Vegas where I live and that would've definitely been $1000-1300. If I could even find a tow truck driver who would be able to help me in that area and a lot of times I have found you can't ride along with them. So anyway I picked the option that worked best for me.

I had a very concerning experience with one of your shuttle drivers the 0800 timeframe…read more First, two of your vans were parked in a manner that made it difficult for other vehicles to access the East Mesa Trailhead parking area, laughing thinking it was so funny. Later, I encountered one of the previously mentioned shuttles with Utah license plate T32 1ZD driving aggressively. The driver came up behind me at a high rate of speed and began tailgating me. Unfortunately, the same shuttle continued following me toward Zion National Park. When it was safe to do so, I pulled over and allowed the shuttle to pass. The driver then accelerated away well above what I would consider a safe speed for the area and tailgated other vehicle. Speed limits exist for a reason, especially in and around a national park where there are winding roads, pedestrians, bicyclists, and wildlife. Driving 10+ mph over the speed limit and tailgating other vehicles creates an unnecessary safety risk for everyone on the road. I hope management addresses this behavior and reinforces safe driving practices with its drivers.

Since we booked a boat tour launching from Lake Powell Resort, he mentioned the $27 fare cost, very reasonable & the $30 National Park Fee (for the car load) to enter the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The $30 fee is good for 7 days to utilize Glen Canyon area and can also be applied to the $80 annual National Park Pass! Tim said he'd meet us at our hotel in 5 minutes, and he was there in a snap! He was great with conversation and had us laughing! We even called Tim up after we had lunch at Driftwood Lounge in Lake Powell Resort. If you do call & need their services, be mindful of your time schedule. You could be waiting and you might not have to wait, so plan accordingly.

Salt Lake Express Shuttle was contracted by Greyhound to pick several of us up from Las Vegas at…read more12:30 AM and transport us to St. George, Utah, in order to transfer to a Greyhound bus. Several of us were waiting there for the shuttle for over an hour and it never showed up. They simply failed to do their job and pick us up, leaving all of us stranded at the South Las Vegas Transportation Terminal until 3:30 AM in the middle of the night. Greyhound finally sent their own bus to pick us up. This was a huge fail and I've recommended to Greyhound that they no longer use Salt Lake Express Shuttle at all for any of their passengers. I also advised them of the failed pickup, so this shuttle company will not be paid for this trip. I called the shuttle phone number repeatedly, but there was no answer, and not even an answering service. Very inconsiderate, inappropriate, dangerous and unprofessional.
