I was referred to Dr Gradinger by my coworker. She knew I've had a lot of work done in my mouth over the last decade and it's been torturous. Each time more traumatic then the last. I've even stopped going to the dentist to avoid the work, pain and discomfort. I thought it was going to a good place overall and maybe it was me just being a big baby, until I came here. I now enjoy coming to get my teeth checked and worked on without worry about the experience awaiting ahead. I'm also getting implants done, something I thought I couldn't get through. I have grown kids coming here as well. Looking forward to a beautiful future and a better smile. read more

I can't believe I finally found a great dentist! After years of traumatic experiences with dentists, I was hopeless. A family member recommended Dr. Brian and though I was very skeptical at first, I am happy I went to him. He truly looked out for my best interest and made me feel at ease. I had a horrible crown done by a different dentist and almost lost my entire tooth. He was not only able to save my tooth but also did such a beautiful job. It looks so natural. By the way, it was PAINLESS! I'll be getting more work done by him. His staff was also great. Tracee at the front desk never got tired of the 100 questions I had to ask regarding my dental insurance coverage. They all deserve more than 5 stars! Thanks Dr. Brian and staff! read more

I dont like going to the dentist. After traumatic experiences as a child, it's not my favorite place to go. But, Dr Brian and his team really care about their patients. They are very friendly, caring and Dr Brian communicated everything he was doing during my treatment. It made me feel very at ease. He's amazing! We all know that visiting to the dentist can be stressful and unpleasant. However, I'm very thankful I found DR. B dental clinic. The environment was great and the staff made the process less stressful and relaxing.  The staff was friendly and not rough. The office vibes felt positive and with  good energy, especially after a stressful day at work. Everyone was very professional and they did an amazing job.I was very surprised the technicians was gentle and aware of my discomfort if I had any. Compared to other dentists experience this visit felt relaxing which I found weird.  My previous dentist didn't feel that way when working on my teeth. I think everyone who want to have a great experience and a healthy SMILE I would strongly recommend this dentist. I strongly recommend this dentist and I think I found a new dentist. Thank you everyone for making my teeth beautiful and having my night guard done. read more

Excellent. Professional, thorough, kind, respectful, gentle. All staff and hygienists are great.

Dr Brian and his staff are top notch! They always explain what needs to be done and any charges i may be responsible for paying. I have a tendency to hop from one dentist to the next every few years, but NEVER again! Dr Brian is my dentist for life! read more

Stay away from this office. This is a very dishonest place. My husband went in for a periodontal maintenance cleaning. After the cleaning he was told it would be $72.00. Not knowing any different he paid it. The amount should have only been $14.00. I called the office and spoke to the front desk asking why they charged him so much. The office was extremely rude and said they charge what their computer tells them to. After she did some research she admits they owe me a refund. About two weeks later, I receive a call from Brian letting me know that my family cannot come in to his office anymore for services. Guess they don't like to be told when they are wrong. Since they cannot overcharge me they don't want my family as a patient. Not a big deal, the cleanings were nothing special. Many other dentists that will be honest and do a great job. This office tries to overcharge all of their patients and if you don't know your benefits you will be paying more then you should. Look Elsewhere. read more

Dr. Brian and his staff are amazing! They accommodated my needing to reschedule due to Child care issues SEVERAL times without any issues and were so understanding. When I finally did make it in, they were again super accommodating to me needing to be in and out in a shorter than usual amount of time as I have a very needy infant. They did so without making me feel like an inconvenience and without seeming rushed. They are so professional and their front desk receptionists are so friendly and easy to work with and the office has a very family like atmosphere . I will never go to another dentist! read more

Dr Brian is the only dentist I'll go to for now on. He is super nice and explains everything that is going on and why it is happening, he even shows your your x-rays and pictures of your mouth and where the problem is. I've never had a dentist do that before. He listens to great music while doing his work and really does an amazing job to make sure you feel no pain. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore thanks to him and his sweet dental assistant, Allison, that also helped put my mind at ease. read more

Great!!! Absolutely great place and staff is amazing especially Allison! Very professional and makes you feel super comfortable!

Switched over here with my parents as I graduated from the pediatrics dentist across the way. Was definitely nervous for an "adult" dentistry, but they were super welcoming all across the office. Very pleasant staff who make you feel comfortable in the facility. All walk away with a fresh new smile and feeling confident in the work done. Dr. Brian is a very friendly guy who really goes in depth on what's going on in ways anyone can understand. Very thankful for the services offered. read more

My husband and mom and I have been patients of Dr. Brian for the last 6 years and we all love this office. My mom has 'dental anxiety' but not with this office!! Dr. Brian and his staff are very gentle and caring and make her appointments so easy for her. I don't feel like a 'number' when I go here, they are all very personable. My husband and I have our regular cleanings and have had some other procedures. I had to have a crown and it feels fantastic and it looks like a natural tooth! The ladies up front work with our crazy schedules and got us in when we needed it. The assistants in the back work well with the Dr. and are sweet, knowledgeable and great at their jobs. Dr. Brian treats them with respect too, which I always notice when I see a Dr. I recommend this office. read more

Stay away. This is a very dishonest practice. I went there once in March 2018 and, as part of the first visit, they performed an orbital xray sequence. The procedure was similar to an orthodontic xray. No one told me a cost in advance. I paid all of my office fees on time to where I had a zero balance. Almost a year later Gradinger's office issued a bill for $3,000.00. I called both Gradinger and the insurance company and thought the issue was dead in March 2019 but the office continues to bill my HEALTH INSURANCE company and I have a $3,000.00 bill hanging over my head. Gradinger himself told me that they bill just to see what they can get from my insurance company. Just one reason healthcare rates keep rising. To repeat, STAY AWAY, this bunch is just looking for ways to pay for their bloated staff and expensive toys. read more

I've been a dental patient of Dr Gradinger's for several years. I have experienced the highest level of dental care from Dr Gradinger and his staff--the kind of care we hope to receive from all dental/medical providers! I am always seen on time and feel that my dental care and health is of the utmost importance from everyone in his office. Unfortunately I have needed two crowns (which I knew would be needed) but the experience was so easy and the results are perfection. I highly recommend Dr Gradinger to anyone seeking a great dentist! read more

I cannot say enough about Dr Brian and his staff. I have severe dental anxiety - literally phobic. Childhood trauma that destroyed me. So, I have avoided dentists for my entire adult life - I only go when something emergent occurs. The last time was almost 8 years ago when I had a tooth break and needed to be extracted along with wisdom teeth that caused it - and that was additional traumatizing. A couple weeks ago, a molar suddenly felt funny and I realized a chunk of it had broken off and fallen out. Knowing I had no choice, I called Dr Brian's Office, as he has been the trusted dentist of my husband and my eldest daughter (who has had a lot of work done and still trusts him completely). It was super hard for me to go just to have him look at it, and then today I had to go and get a temporary crown on. I cannot even believe how much effort Dr Brian and staff put into making sure I was comfortable, felt safe, walked me through everything with all my insane and anxious questions, held my hand, touched my shoulder, made certain I had literally no pain - I barely even felt the shots because he is that skilled and gentle. Kept the mood light enough that my anxiety was eased, but maintained professionalism too. It wasn't fun, but he and his team took such great care of me that I have the courage now to go back for the rest of the procedure and maybe even start taking better care of my teeth with cleanings and exams that I have forever avoided. read more

I have to say Dr Brian and his office are as good as they come! I have had horrible dental experiences and I have had a ton of work done so I consider myself an expert. He has a ton of patience, is extremely gentle, and most importantly cares! He strives for perfection and it shows. If I could give him and his office a gazillion stars I would. My whole family goes here and I never fight to get my kids to go to the dentist anymore. He is truly the best in the SCV!!! If you don't already use him as your dentist you are missing out:) Michelle Smelser read more
