Contacted Brian Creech Roofing to replace roof on a rental house. I found Mr Creech and his staff to be professional and responsive. Time was set to inspect dwelling and to give an estimate. Mr. Creech arrived on time and had already performed some preliminary work. He delivered an estimate that same afternoon. Notified me of start date about a week later. Crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently and steady to complete job on time. Had some issues with sheathing in places which he replaced and took photos of damage. Workmanship to include repairs was very good and entire project went well. Cleaned up debris and removed from premises. Quality work and quality people to work with. Mr. Creech is very personable and has many years of experience in installing and replacing all types of roofs. I highly recommend Brian Creech Roofing. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Brian Creech Roofing put a new roof on our house Sept 2015 after we had hail damage which our homeowners insurance paid for. We noticed about 6 months ago we had water leaking on our family room ceiling. It's been leaking for some time so my husband investigated and found the flashing came away from the corner of our chimney. (Never happened before in the twenty plus years we lived in this house.) The water leaked thru the wood, insulation then onto the ceiling. My husband called the owner Nov 30 2022 and the owner responded the next day. We sent him pictures of the water damage on our ceiling. On Dec 2nd Brian came out to investigate the roof, and ceiling. First thing he told my husband he didn't put this roof on because there were two different types of shingles. We presented our receipt with the date and warranty clearly written. He then looked at the water damage and stated he would be back to fix it. My husband texted and called the owner many times to let him know we got the materials he asked for and when would he return to fix the damage. We contacted Brian many times from Dec 2022 thru April 12, 2023. He never responded back to any of our communications. I guess the job is to small for him to take the time to honor his workmanship warranty. Long story short we initially didn't get what our insurance company paid for. Brian Creech Roofing doesn't honor their workmanship warranty and they try to cut cost's without the owner's knowledge. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on! We DO NOT recommend this company because they don't back up their warranty. read more

I highly recommend Brian Creech roofing. They were on time for appointments, always pleasant and were able to answer all my questions with knowledgeable information. I was scheduled on short notice and the work was completed in two days. The crew worked very hard all day long and cleaned the yard, blew the roof and gutters of scraps and debris, left no nails anywhere and the roof looks beautiful. Terrible experience! Let me begin with I bought a 300k dollar house that just had a 65000 dollar remodel. Only thing left was the roof. Had the choice between many different companies but chose the most reputable in the area and paid premium money compared for that.. Showed the manager a spot that needed to be fixed and they got started. After 4 days the roof was finished. Time for the final walk through. Out of 7 lines of gutters 5 had damage. The garage door trim had been popped out by the ladder.The one spot I pointed out had not been addressed. The previous owners had just replaced the gutters and fascia on the house. The fascia had 5 different spots where the paint was now peeling back.Confirmed by someone who saw it was from laying shingles over the roof and they grab them which catch the corner seams and peel the paint back. Then 3 days after the roof was complete it rained. Low and behold water was entering upstairs in the attic space and running through the freshly painted garage ceiling and water dripping from the electrical outlet. Not to mention once it rained probably 100 nails washed down out of the gutters. The walk through took place on the June 26th. Told the lady who runs the office maybe The owner just needs to call me personally. Was told they would fix the gutters the spot they did not address and the garage where we now have water bubbles in the paint/Sheetrock. However on the fascia their excuse was whomever painted it did not use the right paint. Which is irrelevant to the roofers damaging the paint on the fascia. Well time went by and on 7/10 we finally had someone come and fix the spot they were supposed to address and did not. Spoke to The owner himself on 7/14.Finally on 7/15 the gutter guy came to replace the gutters. All looked good except one that was so crooked there was a inch gap under the shingles the other side then overlapped the shingles by an inch. At this point the quality of work was just not acceptable. So now the inside of the garage where the water entered had not been addressed but i am going to have someone I trust look at repairing it. The fascia the company deemed to not be there responsibility. Long story short 8500 dollars was paid for a company to put shingles on a house and damage other things that should have not been damaged. Anyone can take this review as they wish but me personally I would not recommend to family,friends or anyone for that matter. read more

Posted yesterday about the bad attitude of the men working for this company, but they did good work on the roof. And so far they are cleaning up after themselves, but i still don't like the men's attitude, as long as the boss/owner was here they were fine, not so much when he was gone. read more

This is the second time we've used Brian Creech Roofing. When we bought the house 20 years ago it needed a roof and they gave us a competitive bid. They did a good job installing the roof and it lasted the full 20 years that they said it would. This time around they again gave a competitive bid, but because they did a good job the first time it tipped the scales in their favor. If I'm still around in 20 years, I'll definitely give them another call. read more

Did not get what I was told. Was told the new roof would be hand nailed and that was not true. Was told I would get new ice & water material on the front porch and valleys and that was not true. Some of the drip edge and cap is installed wrong. I sent Brian email about three weeks ago and have not received a phone call or email back. I would not let this company install a roof on outhouse. read more

I had them come out to give me an estimate to replace my roof. They did so. They came out unannounced to start on my roof, so you can imagine I was at work and I had not taken anything off my walls. So thankful my Wedding Portrait did not fall off the wall, it was cockeyed when I got home. My husband had to get off work and go over there. I called them and did not get a response from no one. The crew spilled white paint on my concrete pad, (don't even know what that was for). Was outside later on and noticed they did not peel off the strips on the shingles so they would adhere to the boards????? Plastic strips flapping in the wind on the edges. I believe they could do a better job, but I mostly blame his worker who he left in charge. I used to use Creech roofing and I expected the same quality, I will never use them again. read more

We had Brian Creech roofing do our roof the 2nd week in July. They left 2 holes in the plywood and just singled over them There were some areas that the plywood should have been replaced because of water damage. They even had the plywood here to use, but left the rotted wood and just shingled over. Called and they sent a crew over and all they did was cut out the sections with the holes and patched with plywood and replaced the shingles. They also must have had a sale on 8penny nails because now we have to worry about being impaled when we are in the attic. Brian Creech called in late July and said he would personally come and look at it. We still haven't heard from him.9/9/16.Would not recommend this business at all. read more
