We initially went to a big box in Dover, and the salesperson clearly did not know what she was doing, took nearly 3 weeks to give us an estimate, and by that time, their "special discount" had expired. Someone recommended Special Additions, and we quickly received an estimate, ordered the cabinets and counter top, and in about 2 weeks, received the order.
