A week later I tried the automatic wash. I really wanted to see if it left soap residue like some of the auto washes do, but the rinse was more than adequate and I was quite satisfied. And the fact that it is touchless is important, since I've gotten scratches on my car from other places that use brushes. Since I only live 4 miles away, I'll definitely be back.

The drying portion of the car wash left my car dramatically wet, seriously what drying?!?

A pleasant little local touchless carwash, with two automatic bays and a couple of do-your-own…read morebays, supplemented with coin-operated vacuum cleaners. Sometimes there's an attendant; sometimes there isn't. Conveniently located right across from a gas station; there's rarely a line. Car wash prices are fairly standard, and they sell tokens. The machine you pay for your carwash doesn't reliably recognize bills, so I usually pay be credit card - good luck trying to get a receipt; it always seems to jam in the machine. If you're willing to deal with that, this place is just fine. The machine did stiff me a carwash once, but the attendant made it right on my next visit (even with no receipt - see comments above).

I was pleasantly surprised at how much was included with it, but should have given the reviews mentioning scratches a little more credibility than a grain of salt. Unfortunately I did find a few new small scratches on the car immediately afterwards, and for that reason, I will likely not be coming back. I am giving 4/5 because of the great deals, and that it was a very thorough cleaning - just a tad too rough perhaps. Another thing worth noting about this car wash, they also offer a pet wash station, which is now $7 per 10 minutes. It includes a ramp, and option of shampoo and/or conditioner, though I do not know if the price of the last two are included, or if there is a weight limit.

He helped navigate her time restraints and they were able to fix a wiring failure and a check engine light that happened to come on while she was driving there. Turned out we needed a new gas cap. Fortunately my breakdown happened less than 50 miles from home. Despite not having had an appointment, my car was checked-out the first thing the next day, on Monday morning. Awesome. Jay (service advisor) called to tell me how much the shop charges per hour before the mechanic ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle: $115/hr., but I was fine with that. At that point what was I going to do? Find another mechanic? No. I live an hour away from Brian Bemis. Jay called throughout the week to update me on what was going on, which I appreciated. A couple of small repairs (ultimately no major problems) turned into about 6 fixes, so the bill added up quickly. I picked my car up on Friday, July 11th and it's been running just fine since the repairs. I was a little bummed it took 5 business days to fix only minor issues, but this was primarily due to the fact that they don't have all car parts in-stock (at least not mine). There were about half a dozen things to be repaired and my total bill after tax was about $1800. Yes, going to a dealer is expensive, but they also work with my specific car day in and day out; Jay even told me about an ongoing recall (ongoing since 2006!) with the subframe of my car. No other mechanic had ever mentioned this to me, but any non-Hyundai certified mechanic presumably wouldn't have know about this. My car is only worth $2500, so I likely won't continue to dump money into repairs. However, this dealership's body shop is fantastic, top-notch and professional. I have zero complaints. They even vacuumed out and washed my car. My tires are still shiny almost 2 weeks later. A little 'thank-you' for the $1800 worth of business? Probably.

They were slow to get back to us and we had to reach out to check in ourselves. Put a $500 deposit down to reserve a Toyota Cross that was set to be delivered today. Planned to drive a total of 8 hours to pick up the car from the dealership this weekend. Come to find out they SOLD THE CAR WE RESERVED when called to confirm if they had received it. I understand the need to make sales but at the expense of customers who have already contributed money, this feels incredibly scummy. The only bright side is that they will not be receiving any additional funds from us for a vechicle!
