Either lazy jealous evil or need you to come back. Either run or watch her mirror like a hawk. I had to get cut bald 2 times right after leaving her chair. I trusted her now untangling & unsticking for weeks. The longer you go the worse. It gets. Sores if you don't get you hair unstuck from your head. Could be a syrup gel mix so no one else knows what to do. Try Ausie 3 min conditioner & use it to remove product buildup.

(2) I've had top stylists do my hair and this is the first time, ever, my husband of 30 years remarked on my hair ("Your hair looks 'natural,' it doesn't even look colored" - note he was raised to never say anything about a woman's hair (or weight ;-). FYI - Lindsey does a blond foil, with depth, on my dark brown, shoulder length hair. I also love the cut and the versatile bangs she creates. Why she's so good: besides having natural talent, she continually educates herself and often travels out of state for innovative classes in this industry. She spent about two hours cutting and styling my hair (I have A LOT of hair). All for $45! I also found out that she does free bang trims for her clients any time, just give her a call. It was all a comfortable and enjoyable experience. 5 stars! After washing my hair at home I realized that the top layer was about an inch shorter on one side. It was noticeable enough for my husband to even comment. I called Mary back and left a message, because she doesn't work at this location every day. I let 4 days go by with no return call before I had to call again and leave another message. (2 stars) Mary quickly called me back, very apologetic because she had apparently misdialed my number and left a message with someone else. She was flexible with her schedule to fit me in, and even left me her cell phone number if I ever had to get a hold of her again. (4 stars) Mary is amazingly nice, takes care of her clients, and gives you a bargain of a haircut. I would love to give Mary 5 stars, but the truth of the matter is that my hair cut wasn't done right the first time. But I think the true measure of a business is how they respond to things that don't go well, and for that Mary gets 5+ stars. See, hard one to rate.

I love, love, love coming to her salon. It's fun, clean, professional, reasonable, and easy to get to. Most people don't know I get my hair highlighted - which is fine by me! Mary does such a great job with color. She really listens to what I want and always gives me a cut that's flattering and easy to maintain.
