But the problem with them is I called them back out to install some pine straw and after going back back-and-forth for over two weeks, they showed up very late and did not even have the materials to do the job. We went over the job and discussed what needed to be done and agreed on a total price. He then left a Home Depot to find out the material cost and then texted me. The materials would be an additional $90. When I told him that was unacceptable as we agreed on a total price, he told me it's too late as he already purchased the materials.! for me. It was not as much as the price increase as the fact of agreeing to a price and then turning around and telling me I owe for additional materials. I would suggest you find yard men and not yard boys.

The technician was unpleasant and aggressive. To make matters worse, they quoted us an extremely inflated price for the service (more than double what we ultimately paid another reputable company to complete the exact same job). That alone raises serious concerns about price gouging or outright scamming. When I contacted the company to address the technician's behavior and the charge, they brushed it off as a "misunderstanding," which felt like a way to discredit our very real and unacceptable experience. I paid their $100 fee just to close the door on this awful interaction, but I wouldn't trust them in my home again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Avoid at all costs. There are better, more honest companies out there.

When I receive Keshaunt's quote, I let him know via text that I had already hired someone else. He courteously responded to acknowledge, and to let him know if he could help me in the future. I waited for the selected plumber to respond for several weeks, which he never did. I then sent Keshaunt a text to see if he was available, and still interested in my project. He thanked me for recontacting him, and showed up precisely on time as scheduled two days later. He completed the job perfectly within two hours despite having to deal with convoluted drain plumbing which he had to partially remove and reinstall as part of the single lever faucet replacement. He carefully tested the faucet installation and drain system for several minutes to assure that there were no leaks. Keshaunt was very organized and precise with his workmanship, and left the work area as clean as he found it. Keshaunt is an extremely nice person as well as professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my family members.
