The only drawback (As with any daycare) was that he did get sick three times in one month (Roseola, severe bronchitis and 24 hour bug) and since he was only 6-7 months old that was a very rough time, but they were always willing to work with me. Then today, at 4:41pm Friday, when my appointment is at 9:45am on Saturday, I get a call saying sorry for the confusion, but they have to cancel my appointment and they are booked up for tomorrow. No confusion, I have been booked for a month. I had to force it out of the Receptionist, it is not confusion, it is the person who was scheduled to do my hair is no longer going to be in on Saturday and instead of trying to maybe find someone else, they just say they were booked. I have been in there many times on a Saturday where everyone is just sitting around and there is maybe 3 of in there the whole time. Very disappointing!!! Not sure I will come back again anytime soon!
