Heads up! No credit cards excepted, we were told cash only. Well worth it to dine in this cute local creperie.

*** 4.5 stars ***…read more This was my go-to Crepe spot in Paris. I personally preferred it to the fancier sit-down Creperies, my favorite here being the savory crepes with poulet (chicken) and oeufs (eggs). I liked that it was a stand (quick, and you get to watch them make your crepe!) but had a few tables to sit at in front.

We wanted traditional Breton crepes and this is a perfect place. 4 of us are vegetarian and one of us cannot eat dairy. The vegetarians chose the "Popeye" with goat cheese, tomatoes, and pine nuts because we were too hungry to try to create our own from the "choose your own ingredients " menu. Our nondairy member created his own with fried egg, onion confit, and sautéed mushrooms. We also shared 2big bowls of salad. The ingredients were fresh with the perfect compliment of vinaigrette. Everyone was delighted with their choice. Some of us also had a "bolet" of cider, a traditional drink with galettes. We couldn't resist dessert so all shared a dessert crepe with apples and ice cream. I forgot to take a picture of it before the 5 of us devoured it. This was a fantastic way to end our stay in Paris.
