After I pulled up here the first gas pump was busted (plastic crime scene tape wrapped around the pumps), so I had to pull around the island. The sidewalks and cement were CAKED - literally CAKED, STICKY (my sneaks stuck to the ground) - with booze, gum, spit, tobacco juice, orange juice, blood, grease, oil, gas, ice cream, soda spills, pills, sugary sweets and vomit! Needless to say: I bought ten bucks. But what happened next was the SECOND reason this shack gets a big fat goose egg. But this one on Hamilton Avenue in Cincinnati? Total letdown. I walked in hoping for a quick caffeine fix, but the coffee area was a mess. Liquid was dripping from the machines and counters, sticky residue all over, and the shelf where you place your cup looked like it hadn't been wiped down in days. I was desperate enough to lay a napkin down just to pour a cup while telling myself, "Get the coffee and don't look around." Then I turned around...and it somehow got worse. ALL of the black bins for sugars, creamers, stirrers--completely empty. Not a single packet, no stir sticks, not even any lids. Nothing. Just empty plastic trays like they'd never been filled. How am I supposed to drive with a hot coffee and no lid? I ended up dumping the coffee and walking out. This location felt like it wasn't even part of the UDF family--it was that poorly maintained. If this is a franchise, it desperately needs attention. I'm honestly shocked this store is operating in this condition. United Dairy Farmers usually does better than this. I hope corporate sees this and takes action--because this store isn't living up to the brand.
