The worse ever customer service in the world, customer has no rights after sale, even if deceived by the sales person. No star is my choice, it started well and ended in disaster. Went in to buy, LIRA the sales woman in Brent Cross was all nice and I was shown around the store. Finally decided on a set because of the colour. She hid the fact that the colour displayed in the store has been discontinued (which I later found out through another one of her colleagues) and that it only comes in silver/reef. After 6wks they delivered and obviously she had ordered me the silver. Went back to the store and was told by the manager (useless) that the displayed sofa is silver (obviously colour blind) and that is what I have ordered. To top it off, LIRA lied by saying I was aware of that fact, when she knew full well I was redecorating and had just got rid of my old silver sofas and was looking for unusual colou. Didn't get anywhere and was told to contact customer services. Oh well, that is one big mess there as you can only communicate through email, they can call you, but you can't call them. They are all ears politely, but after 3 days and 2 pointless conversation all I was told " the store manager is happy with the sale and we can't do anything else" goodbye.
Requested someone higher, she said to email again. Emailed, but no reply. Also their delivery men were trying to set the sofa up in record time, they were fixing the screws in side way and not to the end, so my husband suggested to them to slow down and do them again. They couldn't even understand what we were saying to them as they could not speak a word of English. Anyway they left leaving a massive black mark on the unwanted sofa and said to write it on the delivery note and signe it.
Now I have a silver sofa that I did not order with a black mark on the seat to top it off. No action from sofalogy and all these positive review must be done by their staff cause I don't believe a word of it. There is another link and if I had read that before going, I would have never even thought about buying sofas from this shamble of company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will lie through their teeth, make mistakes and make you pay for it. If you are waiting for an order (you poor thing) then do not accept on delivery, this is the only way you will get attention.
