There's a McDonalds and a Weikels Bakery both closed late at night after 10:30 PM. I highly recommend this place for food gas snd snacks.

The last two times we've stopped, however, I have been totally grossed out by the women's bathroom. Last night was the last straw. The first time the bathrooms were gross was in February. They were also out of paper towels, and I did tell the lady at the cash register. She actually had the gall to tell me, "Well, I can't even get in there to go to the bathroom let alone clean it or replace the towels." That was interesting. Last night..it was bad. It was in serious need of a cleaning, the trash cans in the stalls were atrocious... words cannot even begin to explain and if words could, I wouldn't want to post it on here. Westwood - you need to put on more attendants in the evening or hire someone to come in and clean your restrooms. For the health of your customers, and the health of your staff, I seriously recommend that you overhaul your policies on your restrooms. It is really unfortunate that I probably won't be a patron at your place anymore because I really do like your gas station and convenience store. Seriously, get it together.

He was on his phone and said he did 't hear me. i got a bit louder and he said "don't raise your voice at me"!i told him i was not! we had words and he came out the store to my car and told me i could not come in there again and i was barred ! this clerk is very prejudice! majority of the customers are of his race. i have felt this from him often!!the other clerks d not act like him! Their place would be at least 4 stars if he was not there! i will tell my friends not to go in there as well!

I used to love the breakfast tacos here, but since the new owners have taken over, they have…read moreliterally gone downhill lately. The one I got today literally had American cheese on it and it was disgusting. There's so many other places here in Brenham to get good tacos and Buccaneers is not one of them. This place was better when Nathan was running it, so sad it's gone downhill.. Not to mention the person that was at the register and counter was too busy sitting down and on his phone. If he had not looked up when he did, I was literally seconds of walking out the door. Like I said there's so many other good places in Brenham that serve much better food and give much better service.
