Highlights of my experience: Mike provided a competitive bid, the concrete team arrived on time multiple days to prepare the site and then form and pour the concrete. The metal fabrication team, electrical and A/C teams were well coordinated by Mike and as a result - I have the dream shop that I had envisioned. If you are looking for a fair person to deal with that has solid crews that work well and are tightly managed to do the job to specs - I highly recommend Mike and CLA

Very disappointing experience. We paid for a Chamberlain opener installation and immediately had…read moreworkmanship concerns. After multiple service visits, the technician determined there was a manufacturing defect and offered us the option to replace it with another Chamberlain or upgrade to a LiftMaster. We agreed to the LiftMaster upgrade for the additional $226. Unfortunately, dealing with the owner was extremely frustrating. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and after initially agreeing to the $226 upgrade, we were later told the LiftMaster would be full price. After pushing back, they ultimately honored the original $226 agreement. Then, when the technician arrived, we were unexpectedly told we needed larger brackets for another $200. This cost had never been discussed beforehand, leaving us feeling put on the spot. We later found comparable brackets online for approximately $5-$35. I do want to recognize Jessica, who was consistently helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our frustration is with the owner's handling of the situation and the lack of transparency and communication. The LiftMaster was eventually installed, but the overall experience involved far too much back-and-forth, unexpected costs, and poor communication. We would not recommend this company.

I am a satisfied repeat customer of Affordable DFW Contractors. Paul, my project manager, spent…read moretime on site to understand what I had in mind and provided detailed, accurate estimates. He worked with me to break the job into a series of phases that I could afford and the timing that worked for me. He had insightful advice about different trade offs to get the best value for my money. Some of the work done included: landscaping, building/finishing a carport, interior painting, exterior painting, installing new electrical and light fixtures, and plumbing. I had the work done while I was out of town and unable to visit frequently. Paul saw things through from start to finish. Highly recommended!

They did exactly what they were contracted to do (along with a few extras from my old lady requests!) Eleazar is one of the best tile installers I have come across. The price was comparable to any other contractor in the area. I highly recommend Ivan and his company and will be using them again in the future.

Quote came the same day and we were on the schedule within the week of letting them know we wanted to go with them. Owners are on site each day of project helping to complete the floor. They are very thankful for the business and extremely professional. Unlike all the other contractors I have used in the past. No comparison to other epoxy floors I have had done in the past. These guys go over the top and provide a showroom product you wont be disappointed in! Highly recommend using Tim and Ashli from DCC to have your floors done instead of the 1 day cheap shops. Its an incredible difference and worth every penny to have a quality job done.
