We love this place! We hated leaving our dogs until we found The Farm at Flint Creek. They are so…read morewarm and friendly and don't seem to mind that we bring TONS of stuff to keep our Lab and Corgi comfy. They also just "get" dogs and understand that they're not always perfectly behaved and may show some anxiety about being away from home. The staff is more than capable of handling any issues that arise. They also have large rooms and even offer camera access if you want to "check in" on your pets. And they include a free bath at the end of an extended stay! No one wants to worry when they're on vacation so thank you Farm at Flint Creek for superior service and care for our dogs.

I went back to check on a friend's pup a few hours after the pup was dropped off and the pup had a wound on his nose with broken skin. I asked, "what happened?" The man said, "oh they do that on the kennels until they figure out they shouldn't be doing it anymore". I was very sad to hear they didn't care the pup was hurt, didn't put anything on the wound and the pup seemed very down which isn't like this pup (I am training). I took a picture and sent it to the pet parents (who are out of town) and informed them I feel the pup isn't safe there and to remove the pup from this filthy, run down facility where I don't think they actually care for the dogs. It was loud, other dogs were distraught and dirty as well. If this were a facility where people were kept it would be shut down. The pup had been there less than 8 hours. Please! Please! Make sure your pup is boarding with people care & who have training and aren't there just punching a clock. I had the pup removed and I will be helping care for him with one of their family members while I am training him in a healthy safe environment at his home.

He is still energetic and happy, but now we understand how to help him channel the energy and how to keep him in line. Natalie was amazing with our dog. I went to the animal shelter thinking they euthanized dogs and they do. The person was very kind and explained the process and ask if I could come back they would take of our dog. We did and the process took place as they explained. It was sad to see it happen but their care made it more manageable. The people are a great group who run a great service to our community.
