Should you cancel less than 30 days in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. For Daily or Weekly Stays, you must cancel -At least 48 hours in advance for a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee. Within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. Checks should be received within 2 weeks." We get this after we already paid, even though the first paragraph was taken write of their website. What a ripoff. We canceled 33 days prior to our arrival. P.S. I had the credit card receipt so why would I look at the one they sent me and even if I did it was already to late, I signed up according to the website. read more

This has to be the nicest RV Park in Florida. It's centrally located, easy to get in and out. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The grounds are spotless. The people are friendly and they LOVE dogs! We've been coming here for 3 years and it ALWAYS feels like we are coming home when we get here. There's lots of activities and a huge heated pool. There's a laundry and showers that are immaculate. It is next to the highway so you will hear some noise but you get used to it quickly. I can't wait to come back, I love this place! read more

My husband and I stayed at Breezy Oaks for 7 months and loved our entire stay. We met so many really nice people. The manager of the park is awesome and the facilities are clean and convenient. I would recommend this park for short or long term stays! Reasonably priced too! read more

THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION: The Office Staff and Manager, Renia and Becky, are very rude. I have heard this not just from one or two other campers but several, not just my own personal experience. If you call the office phone after hours (5 Pm) and want to voice a concern (Expecting a voice mail prompt), You will get a nasty phone call in the morning scolding you for calling after hours. I called after hours to let them know that the internet we were paying for btw was down. Expecting a voicemail prompt again, mind you. I got Becky from the office .. rudely answering the phone to let them know of the internet (mind you also could not leave an email as the internet was down) the next morning I got a scolding phone call from manager Renia that I was only to call after 5 pm if an emergency. I said I don't need to be scolded and hung up! I do not believe that the Owner, Mike, would want such a review sent out over the internet (youtube / Facebook and others, from an Rv Park influencer letting others know about his rude staff. I will also add he would believe his staff over several campers too. Mike, a note here if you read this. Don't let your staff Bite the hand that feeds the Family and the Bank... it's not good business. I am in contact with many Rv influencers and Dealerships, and that would hurt. read more
