I have called in many times over the years, and during this past year, maybe two now, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a call back (even after leaving your number) OR waiting on line. ....and Im not even exaggerating when I say that I have called customer service, put my phone on speak and left it on hold FOR HOURS....HOURS. i visited the T mobile store on Saturday April 23rd,, 2002. There were 4 employees there.. not one…read moreof them could corrected handle my questions or billing issue. They were all busy looking at Facebook and sharing with each other there findings.. I left there with all unanswered and solved issues. Issues that they said couldn't and wouldn't be solved by calling customer service. I left there insulted and upset... i called T mobile customer service and the diagnosed the issues , solved then and were profession and kind during the process... i call the Walmart drive location and spoke with the senior employee in charge and was insulted more... so i though insults back... these employee have no idea how to read there computer screens unless its Facebook There really is no need for this store... they have no idea about customer service and solving issues... i fact i don't think they even listens to my issue, and had no intention on solving it. I learned from this experience that never enter a local store,.. always call customer service for purchases,, payments and issues. I receive professional and quick resolution.
