He knew the new car parking system which I was not aware of, so before my arrival in the UK he gave me the instructions where to find him, how long it would take until I would make it down to this car park that I'd never even previously knew existed - geography is not my strong point! Wayne ensure me that he would be there on time, even though my flight arrived early and I was straight out with my baggage Wayne was already there! He always checks the iPhone app whilst travelling to keep an eye on the flight times, landing etc this to me was just incredible. I texted him to tell him I'd landed and he already knew! The car was beautiful, comfy and spacious to travel in. Complimentary bottle of water a newspaper and mints were also available. Wayne is such a nice guy to talk to and spend time with, so the poor newspaper never got a look in :) Nobody else compares when it comes to travelling.

My son and daughter-in-law made an advance booking online with Panther for a car to pick them and…read moretheir toddler up from our hotel in Impington at 8:45 am on the morning of September 25 to catch a 10:18 am train from Peterborough. My daughter-in-law also called Panther in advance to confirm the booking. No car ever showed up and, when she called Panther after waiting 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup to get an estimated ETA, all they could say was "one of our drivers will pick up the trip." Thankfully the hotel was able to suggest another company to call. That company was able to get a car to the hotel quickly enough to make the train, but we will never rely on Panther again.

My recommendation is for Gary and his vehicle. He was on time, both to go and to collect, very kind, polite, friendly and helpful. Also, was efficient in loading the gentleman in his chair, making sure he felt safe. Thanks to Gary's good service the outing was a success and the gentleman is now keen to go out again using this cab.
