    App unusable. Customer service non existent. Tried several times to book simple flights. Cannot complete. No customer service to contact

She's a very top shelf person, friendly, and a very safe driver. Her cars are squeaky clean and in top mechanical condition. We all know what its like to drive to an airport, find parking, than let your car sit outside in the elements, or to other people that will door ding or damage your car. Then think of what it costs per day for parking, as well as the walk with luggage that many times is a long ways from the terminal you need to go to. After a day of being tired, running through airports, and travel stress, it is much safer to just be driven home! I would much rather pay for a dependable driving service like Corin's that will remove all the other worries and make the trip much less stressful. She was very prompt in her reply, which I appreciated. I had to fly out of TPA but was returning to SRQ which was why I was considering a driving service and I'm glad I did. I'll use Corin from this point forward - why deal with the hassle of driving and parking at the airport. I reserved Corin several weeks before my trip. She confirmed all the information at the time of our text exchange and then sent a follow-up text the day before my flight. She also confirmed the information before my return flight a day before my return. It was great having one less thing to worry about or follow-up on. Corin's vehicle is very nice and she was fine if we didn't chat, but we did and we carried on a conversation! She was on-time (actually early) to pick me up and had text me that she was already waiting for me when I landed! The airline had also canceled my flight and when I reached out to Corin to provide some options, she was prompt in her reply and was accommodating to what I might need! I can't express enough the ease and calmness that I received from Corin - which was very much needed when travel arrangements can go a little haywire!

Each person you would speak with would give a different reason for 1 - airfare, 2 - visa requirements, 3 - mandatory health insurance. The point was they never had their sh$t together and it ended up costing us our trip. They did refund the money but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I travel the world and have used multiple travel companies - in addition to independent travel. LJ is unorganized and will nickle and dime the traveler with added fees. You get what you pay for, right? Take my advice, spend a little more money and go with a better company. NEVER AGAIN! Top it off, unlike other companies with a FB page, LJ blocks their page so you can't share a review - wonder why?!?

    My partner and I booked a cruise last year for a cruise earlier this year leaving out of San Juan…read more Unfortunately, we didn't make the cruise because of severe snow storm however we did try to make our best effort having to go through 6 cancellations and re-booking through the 2 two airlines (where the average hold time on the phone at the time was 1.5 hours), going through 4 airports and being stranded in New York without winter clothes (as we were expecting to be in a place with tropical weather). The next flight back to where we came from was three days away so we decided to take the bus. All that effort and expenses for the most expensive non-vacation we've ever had. I called the travel agencies after-hours number and they immediately said we can't refund but can try to put us on the next port of call. We tried too however due to the severity of the weather, that flight got cancelled for 7 hours so we wouldn't be able to make it to the port to board in time anyway. I called my travel agent and she said she can't do anything, we can get anything back. She said the only way to get the money back is if we bought the travel insurance. Through them, there is no way to get anything back, not even credit towards another vacation nor will they send a request to the cruise. I think this company is lacking a lot of customer service and compassion given that we clearly gave it our best effort and had been frustrated the past couple of days. They didn't care about keeping us as customers and would rather keep the quick buck that they got from us. I do not recommend this business at all. CHECK REVIEWS ONLINE. You will find that this business have a lot sales/customer services related complaints. You're better off with more established travel agencies out there who clearly care about customer experience.
