When I first arrived, Leigh was ready and waiting for me, she took a few minutes to look at my hair and discuss what I wanted to do then jumped right into my hair wash. We made some pleasant small talk and got to know each other, she is just the sweetest! She took her time with my cut and I love the result! I ended up making another appointment with her 10 weeks out to keep myself accountable with my hair care (I usually go 6+ months without a haircut). She assured me that if any conflicts come up between now and then to just call and we can reschedule. Overall it was a very easy and relaxed experience at The Shaded Jade and I definitely would recommend!
