I have been a patient for twenty years, and in the last month, I have had to reschedule two appointments due to long wait times (30 then 40 mins). Their most qualified and efficient hygienists have retired or moved on. The kiosk check-in system is also faulty and does not always go through to the front desk, so they think you're late or a no-show unless you speak to the receptionist. There is also now a host standing by the kiosks... why? I am disappointed because I pay for PPO just to continue going to CD. I vote for them for Bakersfield's Best every year. And I have referred all of my friends and family to them throughout these years. But I won't be doing that anymore. Will report back if things improve.

I was a faithful patient but when I switched jobs about a year ago my new insurance initially provided to me was not accepted by Hall of Fame. I went on with my life with my new dentist, unsatisfied and unhappy. I knew that once I was able to switch my insurance back I was going back to Dr. Hall. The tail end of 2018 was the worst dental year for me because I had a nagging toothache that would not resolve despite two visits to my new-ish dentist. At the beginning of this year I went straight to Dr. Hall and they gave me the answers I needed. I'm very happy with the care I've received thus far (I didn't expect anything less). I'll be back in a few weeks for some follow-ups which I'm actually excited about. Hall of Fame has grown quite a bit over the last few years. It was half the size it is now when I first started going and I'm very impressed by how everything looks. All the rooms are clean, all the equipment is organized and new. The waiting area is comfy but very rarely will you sit for too long because they know how to schedule appointments appropriately. Previously, I avoided the dentist like the plague due to negative experiences, but Dr Molato changed that. She is kind, funny, nonjudgmental, always positive, and knows how to give a painless shot!!! I don't know how she does it, but her shots don't hurt! She is the only dentist in the area certified for Bioclear. I've had mine for 4 years and they look like new.
