I figured it's about time to update my review from 2019... 6 years later and I continue to come to this location for their expertise, efficiency and quality of care. I had gone to their location in Menifee in November 2025 for a routine mammogram. A few days after that, when I had returned to Arizona, I received a call from them saying they needed more images and that I also needed an ultrasound, for my left side only. They also mentioned that before I could make an appointment, I should call my primary care provider to determine if it was an emergency situation. That always freaks anyone out. However, I had this same situation before in the past, but on my right side. I called my PCP, verified that it wasn't an emergency, and was able to call Breastlink to make my morning appointment at 8 am. I knew going in that it was probably just dense breast tissue showing up on the mammogram like it was last time. Nonetheless, I was a bit worried going into this early Monday morning appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, checked in and sat in the lobby. They will send you texts and emails ahead of time so that you don't have to fill out paperwork when you get there. Expect to spend a few minutes filling those out if you don't do it electronically. I was called to the back in under 10 minutes. First for the mammogram, and then I was taken into a different room for the ultrasound. There were 2 techs, and when they were done, they told me to wait for the doctor, who would come in and give me the result verbally. They would then forward the results to my PCP. Thankfully, the doc came in within a few minutes and let me know everything was fine. There is nothing to worry about and that I was good to go. I was out in about an hour, which is a pretty reasonable time frame if you ask me. The ultrasound needed to be done here because the Menifee location does not perform them, if I recall correctly. I'm thankful for the staff here. They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I'll be back again next year! read more

This place is always very slow. Today I arrived early and waited 45 minutes past my appointment. I had to go the bathroom and of course they called my name while I was in the bathroom. When I came back they told me, sorry I already called your name, you'll have to wait, and put me at the bottom of the list. Then proceeded to call 7-9 other people back and made me wait another 30 minutes. The staff out front are VERY rude with everyone. They obviously don't care about reviews because this has been going on for years and no changes have been made. Find another place, don't go here!! read more

I arrived early for my 8:00 a.m. mammogram and sat with several other women who had also been waiting, some since 7:30 and 7:40 a.m. We were all wondering how many machines were in use, so I politely asked a staff member named Jenn how many they had. Her response was unexpectedly curt -- she snapped, "We have four, and we're very busy here." I calmly said I was just curious since many of us had been waiting a while. She then looked at her watch and said sharply, "It's not so far past 8:00, is it?" Her tone was cold, defensive, and made everyone in the room uncomfortable. Later, when she called the next patient's name, she did so loudly and harshly, reinforcing that same unpleasant energy. Thankfully, my technologist Christina was the complete opposite -- gentle, kind, and professional. Jackie, the lead, was also warm and understanding when I shared what happened. A mammogram is already an intimate and vulnerable experience. Patients deserve compassion, not attitude. I truly hope management addresses this so women feel respected and comfortable coming here. read more

Absolutely horrible receptionists. This place is horrible. I initially had an appt in early February which I took a day off of work for, only to be told literally not even an hour before my appt via phone that there was no technician to do the type of mammogram that I needed. Mind you, I had this appt for over a month. I was also told that my insurance was not showing active and that I had to call my insurance company. I called my insurance company who assisted me with rescheduling and informing them that my insurance was active. Presented to my scheduled appointment today and the receptionist was rude AF. The older lady that sits down was the individual that assisted me. There is already a long wait time when waiting to check in as there seems to be no order in what their process is. I was told that once again my insurance was not showing active. I explained what happened last time and while I was taking the lady literally turned her head and started doing something else. At any rate, I called my insurance company who could not understand why Breastlink was having such a hard time determining that I was active. The representative got on the phone and was able to let the receptionist know that I was in fact active. When I went in for my mammogram with Jennifer who informed me that they didn't need a mammogram until August. She was extremely nice, patient and informative. I thanked her and walked over to the next room for my Dexa appointment. There were a few ladies in the waiting area talking about how rise the receptionists are over where mammogram check in is. It's really unfortunate because the actual technicians are sweet. Receptionist is where the journey begins and with that said,'it should be a pleasant one. There were a lot of older women in here and I felt bad for the rudeness that they had to endure. Please do better with your staff selection. Your current staff needs serious training on how to deal with customers. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Women's Breast link of Temecula on Medical Center Dr. I called to let them know there was an issue beyond my control and I would be a little late.The receptionist literally told me the tech wants to go home and I'd be delaying that. I work with autistic adults and people with special needs. It's unpredictable I have a set schedule but I never leave until they are taken care of as that is my job. Can you imagine I tell their families they are delaying my time to go home? But these people only care about going home. I guess 5 extra minutes would have made his house disappear. read more

Everyone I spoke with was very kind and willing to explain things to me and answer my obsessive questions. I felt very supported and they treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable. My big issue is that my lab report said I had a mammogram and ultrasound on both sides. I only had an ultrasound on the left side because it was the side I had issues with, so I called the front office. They told me to wait until I came in. I asked to see my Right Breast ultrasound and they couldn't find it- even though their system said that I had both ultrasounds and that there were no masses found in the ultrasounds. The doctor who was simultaneously reviewing my images realized they did not do the right breast ultrasound. The staff was great and said they would make an addendum right away, but it is concerning that happened. read more

The reviews are kidding. The receptionists are rude for no reason. A simple smile with a hello and request for ID and insurance card would suffice, rather than, "I can help you over here, license and insurance" in a gruff tone. Like if you don't like your job maybe front desk isn't for you. Also, every single person who came in, including myself had some sort of complication at the window. From appointments being scheduled too early, appointments canceled without the patient being advised, missing documents, etc. etc. Even for me, I uploaded all of my documents ahead of time and double checked they were there, and still they wanted me to re-upload another picture. I arrived at 0950, for my 1020 appt, as they ask you to arrive 20 minutes early. For what though? They didn't call me to come back until 11am. The staff in the back house are much more pleasant, which is why I will give them three stars. Both the mammogram tech and ultrasound tech were kind, especially being my first time for these diagnostics, I was a little nervous. 1) I was impressed that I was able to call and get a same day appointment for a screening 2) I laughed when I got the confirmation email and text with the name DONA even though I spelled my name for her twice 3) The receptionist gave me a hard time because my name was incorrect in their system even with my ID and order from the doctor 4) There are 6 employees behind the glass and only 1 1/2 of them were checking people in. I had a 3:15 appt, I arrived at 3:05 to a couple dozen women already sitting in the waiting room and another half dozen waiting outside. I SAT ON THE FILTHY HALLWAY FLOOR TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK!! The entire upstairs reeks of stale cigarettes and I was told it would be over an hour wait because they were running behind, then a dozen more appointments showed up AFTER me. They called my name from 50 feet away in another room, so don't expect them to come find you outside. Luckily I had my sonar bat ears on today and rushed back in. They call about 6 at a time and they herd you back like cattle, it was demeaning and impersonal. The excessive wait (almost an hour and a half after my appt time), the crowd, and the lack of empathy from your employees doesn't make a stressful situation any better. 10 stars for the tech I had, she was super sweet and calming and made me feel so much better. Be prepared to wait over an hour for your scheduled appointment time. Waiting room is very crowded no place to sit. They over book their appointments. They violate hippa rules and regulations discussing personal information and intimate details in front of a crowded waiting room. Basically no privacy, so humiliating. In January a second mammogram and core biopsy was recommended for a small 1.4 cm tumor. I declined opting to wait 6 weeks until Medicare kicked in. They pulled me into a small, dark conference room pressuring me to proceed immediately as it would only be $51. I asked them to double check my coverage and they confirmed cost and assured notification if it would be different. I got a bill for $325 and they took nearly a month to get biopsy results back by the time I could schedule surgery the tumor had increased 1/3 in size. This place is horrible. They do not care about Patients. All they care about is numbers. They ask personal question while you are in the lobby, then Being a cancer survivor they do not look at your images and speak with you about them at all. Then when you call and try to get information no one can help you, Then when I asked for a supervisor they tell you there are none at the location. All I wanted was results from my mammogram. The front office of this facility is poorly run. Not only are the front office staff unfriendly, but they also fail to disclose information when doing a follow up exam. I was overcharged for a follow up test and was never informed, and received a bill 5 months after the fact. If Beeadtlink wasn't the only local place to get a mammogram, I wouldn't go back. The only people that are kind and considerate are the actual technicians performing the tests. Otherwise, the hate some of these employees must have for their job is exemplified in their interaction with patients. read more

Wishing I read these reviews before my appointment today. Pretty accurate experience. 10 am appointment and it's 11:31 am and still waiting. You get called in from the lobby after an hour only to go to a second waiting area in the back. I got dropped off so I had to ask how long would I need to wait before I'm done. The response was one hour to two hrs depending on the radiologist review. This will end up being a 2 1/2 hr visit. The mammogram and ultrasound technicians are wonderful and made the experience once with them- very comfortable. read more

Worst service. Place is dirty. And to top it off they billed my insurance incorrectly. I've been seen at this Murrieta location for years now. I've always been very happy with the level of service I've received. Today the mammogram technician Jackie was so awesome! She is so professional, gentle and caring. You could tell she loves her job, and does it very well! And then to complete my visit, I got to see my favorite ultrasound tech Lindsay!!! read more

So while I have been going to this office for years now, and I've had pretty good care, as far as the techs go, I will say that I am disappointed in how the front office runs things. When I got there for my latest appointment, they weren't helping anybody and I was first in line, but nobody acknowledged me. It doesn't take much to say "hi I'll be right with you". They just don't say anything and I think that's incredibly rude. I stood there for three or four minutes just looking around until one of them said how can I help you, like they hate their job. There were four of them back there yet nobody even acknowledges that you've come in....the front of the office needs to do better for sure. read more

Super rude people. Got a conformation appointment was at a certain time and I got here 10 minutes early. They called everyone that had come in after me, even a lady that didn't have an appointment. I go and ask and they say the appointment was actually at 1:40 not 1:20, even though they sent a confirmation text it was at 1:20. They obviously don't know how to communicate or keep track of anything. They had a patient come in for her appointment and they told her the doctor actually left and she should've gotten a call, but obviously she didn't and they didn't even apologize. Gina at the front counter should get a bonus or A raise. She is extremely kind and patient. She heard my situation and truly tried and help resolve my problem. As she helped many other people checking in to their appointment she didn't forget about me and was genuinely warm and professional. I heard how she treated a woman who was upset. And she was so respectful and gently repeated and rephrased what the patient couldn't understand. All the women in front are very kind. Even though some of them looked worn out and sick. The woman who did the ultrasound was so thorough. I felt like she cared and I wasn't just a number. The thought alone of ending up being the one woman out of six to get breast cancer is scary enough. 11/10/23 I have a STAT order for mammogram your site says you are open til 9pm. Your tech says they close at 6pm and she closed at 530pm. It was 550pm and she said she's going home. I've had numerous issues with this office. During my last appointment, the machine broke down, but no one notified me. I showed up only to find out I needed to reschedule. It would have been helpful to know beforehand, especially since it's not easy to coordinate appointments when you're balancing a job and being a mom with kids. I ended up losing work time for nothing. This week, I checked in for my appointment only to discover it had been scheduled incorrectly, so they couldn't see me. The person at the front desk mentioned this happens often and that they've complained about it, but nothing has been done. She suggested that I either come in person to make appointments or, when calling, ensure I'm speaking with the physical office and not the call center. But in my experience, getting through to the actual office is nearly impossible. I'm shocked that the place is run like this. The employees just shrugged and said, "That's how it is." Now, I have to go back yet again. It's already stressful enough to go for a screening, and dealing with this on top of it is incredibly frustrating. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!!!! imagine having a scare of possibly feeling something in one of your breasts and having significant pain, and you are met with a rude front dest. no one greeting you, making you wait around. it even happened to the women that came after me. I was over charged $142 when I asked the gal who charged me she conveniently told me she clocked out and went on lunch and their front "lead" tried to sweep it under the rug by saying it was a glitch in the system and there was nothing they could do about it. I was given Sandra's number to help me out and I've left 4 voicemails over 3 days. Not a peep back. I tried calling their front office which is useless and sends you in circles. all in the end to not even be seen by a doc to go over my results , but rather their ultra sound technician felt it was ok to let me know I'm "all clear". that the pain must be feeling is from my age (40). I had a look of uncertainty because I feel the pain and her next comment was "usually when I tell patients they are clear they are normally happy". the techs who actually did the mammogram were amazing!!!! the only pleasant part of my visit. If I could give 0 stars, I would. TL;DR This place is a mess. They required me to have a mammogram even though my doctor said it wasn't necessary and I waited almost 2 hours for an ultrasound I never got before finally leaving. When I tried to schedule an ultrasound of a bump I found on my underarm as a precaution, I was told that I would need to get a "recommended" mammogram. I am breastfeeding and have a condition that I was fairly sure caused the bump. I said I did not want the mammogram. I spoke to my doctor and she confirmed that I didn't need to have it. She spoke to Breastlink about it. I scheduled the US. By the time I had the appointment, the bump had almost disappeared. When I arrived, I had to fill out paperwork and wait for half an hour to be called back. Lo and behold, they bring me to the mammogram room and tell me a mammogram is required and they will not perform the ultrasound without it. The tech was nice and said she would speak to the doctor while I went back to the waiting room. She came back a few minutes later and said that it was still required and they wouldn't do the ultrasound without the mammogram. Just to get out of there and back to my kids, I relented. She performed the mammogram and had me wait for the doctor to review it and then I would get the ultrasound. After waiting an hour and being repeatedly told the doctor would review it soon, I went to get dressed to leave. At this point I had been there for almost 2 hours and hadn't even had the ultrasound I had come there for. The tech asked if I wanted to try to schedule. Resounding no. 10 minutes after I leave I get a call and text to reschedule. I will not be returning. I would much rather drive an hour away to OC and see a competent doctor that wouldn't waste my time and insist on unnecessary tests. read more

The WORST medical staff in the front EVER! I got to my appointment on time. Stood in line. The young girl at the front help someone at the counter then as the woman went to sit down I walked up BECAUSE I WAS NEXT IN LINE! The woman NEXT to the girl that was at the line window called the woman behind me and helped her before me! That was irritating considering I was next in line and no one was helping. When I did walk up to the counter the girl didn't greet me or say just a moment. She just socialized with the other staff members whom all were sitting around not helping anyone either. The girl then went out of the offi ce walked to the front and handed papers to someone sitting down then walked out of the place! Left me standing there.....and 4 other people in line behind me! In the meantime other staff sitting there noticed I was still standing there but offered no apologies or just a moment statement that would have made me feel like I was acknowledged. When the girl got back she sat down - still ignoring me as if I was invisible or see through! After waiting for 20mins, she FINALLY asked "have I been helped?" I said NO! You left me and everyone in standing here when you left. I told her I had been waiting for 15-20mins for acknowledgement! She said she was still helping the other woman and that I should have stood in line! UM, WHAT?! ARE YOU BLIND?! I was standing in line until that woman sat down then I stepped up to the window - I AM in line! I step back took a picture of the office then one of the girls told the supervisor I took a photo of her staff, I said I took a picture of the office and the girl in front of me was not in her chair! She tried to sat I wasn't allowed to do that. Well I can take photos of what I want, my phone, my choice to show OTHERS WHO is incompetent at their job and disrespectful. First of all this is wear people get Mammograms - people that have cancer, or are checking to see if their cancer is gone or people who are getting checked due to a lump.....we are all nervous, annoyed, scared, and just not happy ro do this in the first place! The level of compassion and empathy in the front office staff was at ZEROOOO! They had no concern for anyone else but themselves! I told the girl to give me paper and my ID and I would be reporting their uncompassionate and disrespectful treatment/ customer service! The supervisor was Darlene - who OBVIOUSLY shouldn't be a supervisor considering she has no clue what her staff is doing and just allows them to be disrespectful to customers! The girl whom sat in the front has no business in the medical field! Look!! If your going to be in the medical field you need to have MANNERS, COMPASSION, AND RESPECT - THESE WOMAN DO NOT! I DO NOT recommend this location, what so ever! Run! Go to another location where you are treated fairly and not disrespected. I believe the staff was racist as well! I was referred to this place for a mammogram/ultrasound. Scheduled my appointment, which I know now-it's a call center. The gentleman who scheduled the appointment specified he would call the Dr's office to get the written referral sent to the clinic...which did not happen. I scheduled my appointment at least 1 month out. The day of my appointment the receptionist, who did not greet and gave attitude, asked if I had the Dr order, I told her the gentleman who scheduled said he would send it-she said he didn't therefore stated I would need to reschedule. I traveled 40 min 1 way to get to the clinic. The receptionist appeared rude and did not offer to contact the referring clinic. What a waste of time. Plus, their reception room was full. They turned another lady away as well. The office staff seemed so unorganized. I will not be returning here. I suggest go somewhere else. Bad service or no service, just a waste of time. read more

I had terrible experience at this location. When I arrived to my appointment I was seen an hour later from my appointment time. When it came time to get my scans done the nurse suggested that I was young to get scans. First off my primary doctor provided me with the referral (so it's not like I wanted to get these tests done I just wanted to take preventative actions due to my family history). The nurse from this facility advised me to speak with the radiologist to try to persuade me not to get these scans done. When I spoke the radiologist I told him of my situation and I felt that he was not empathetic towards me. I felt so angry that my symptoms didn't matter. In the end I was unable to complete my scans and it was a complete waste of 2 hours. I spent the whole hour drive home crying from the way the doctor spoke to me. read more

The technicians are nice and professional, but wait is outrageous! This office is horrible I would recommend driving the distance to another office. I have had to reschedule 3 different times. The last time I went in there I was scheduled for a mammogram and ultrasound they said they couldn't do the mammogram that time and I would have to reschedule that in 6 months when they did the ultrasound they okay did the bottom part of my breast they told me they can't do the whole breast. Mind you I have IGM. I rescheduled it for today I go in and I'm sitting in a chair in the back alone in their pink shirt wondering when someone is gonna take me back. I finally get up after an hour and a half to ask the ladies in the front what's going on? She then told me my appointment is at 1:30 for ultrasound and I said what about my mammogram she said that was at 12:15 but they canceled it. Without telling me? Type of care and professionalism is poor at this location. Unexplained canceled appointments, mischeduled appointments. When the front desk staff cancels your appointment without notice, it will be on the day of your appointment. Front desk staff is rude, if anf when anything they say is challenged and then they'll go right into argumentative mode, which is basically like talking to a wall. Bedside manner is also quite poor and is reflected by micro aggressions and attitude fits. This location has very poor accountability for clerical errors and scheduling. I wish i could give this place negative stars. I am extremely disappointed in how this place is ran and i highly recommend going elsewhere!!! Today was my 4th time here and they are turning me away again because they do not have my images from my previous exam and this is a second opinion after my first mammogram and ultrasound. They have allowed me to miss work and reschedule 4 times and every time i show up they say the same thing, they can't see me until they have my images (i have signed off on all my images to be sent multiple times and even brought a thumb drive with my images on it in case they said they still didn't have my images) Also: the tech that brought me back said she is quitting because of how this office is ran! The wait is unreal. The waiting room is packed full and people are standing in the hallway. That might be better though, because in the waiting area there is a TV playing the same series of RadNet commercials on a loop, and since you'll be waiting a couple of hours you will hear that series so many times you'll want to jam a pencil in your ear. After that I was told diagnostic mammogram was needed. So I called to schedule and the appointment was 4 weeks out. That was stressful thinking they reviewed old and new and am being asked to come back. But I waited patiently. I arrived 30 min early for my appointment and was told I needed a referral. I've seen my doctor and scheduled the appointment and no orders were ever mentioned as the return visit was their recommendation. After getting the referral and waiting an hour and 15 min past my appointment time (they got referral Prior to my appointment time). I was informed that no one bothered to look at my prior scans and I don't need to be seen after all. Unprofessional and disrespectful. - causing undue worry and concern. They deserve zero stars. The personnel is absolutely awful. I went in as self pay and because they didn't check me in, they turned me away. I spent an hour and a half on the last day of the month when my COBRA ins will expire. DO NOT trust your health with these people. I'm contacting the American Medical Association. read more

I scheduled an appt for my annual mammogram. They offered a new procedure (EBCD) not covered by ins. I agreed to the procedure, showed up to my appt, paid the $40 extra and was told the EBCD was done. Today (a month later) I get a refund in the mail and was told the EBCD was NOT done as no technician was available to do the procedure. Wait What?! And of course, when I tried to call Breastlink no one answered the phone. I don't know if this is an oversight or incompetence. Why advertise/offer a new procedure for "enhanced breast cancer detection", make the appt, collect the $40, tell the patient it was done, when the procedure was NOT done? Long wait times for patients- you have got to be kidding if you expect them to wait 2hrs!!!!! Technician was being extremely rude to my mom as well. Why be in healthcare when you are going to treat patients like crap?! read more
