Hello and welcome to my brief yet accurate review. I came here for live scan services only. Needed it for a potential job opportunity and it was close to where I'm currently located. Fortunately I picked the right place. Very accommodating to a changing appointment time, fast and efficient professional process. Perhaps seven minutes in total. Parking was the only issue I encountered. Street parking is a challenge and decided to park in back in a reserved spot. Was told it was ok as the process would be quick and as I wrote, indeed it was. Alondra was the person who helped me get it done, very nice and new her buisness well. I had a fantastic experience getting my Live-scan finger prints done here. Even though it isn't necessary, I suggest making an appointment in advance so you have zero wait time. Bring your live-scan paperwork, ID and $121.00. You can pay by cash or credit card. The entire process couldn't be faster. I was there for less than 10 minutes. They are very kind and very thorough. I went here for a court order anger management classes. There's for self referred and court order classes on Thursdays and Saturdays. The classes are different dynamics. Personally, I didn't like the court order classes they ended lecture way too early sometimes and it sucked because I felt like we needed the classes more since we are court ordered. Sometimes the class does go off topic which sucks because people pay to learn and finish lecture. I guess some of the classmates would be half asleep and the instructor ended the class. I do like the classes they are informative and helpful but wish the court ordered classes went through lecture more. Some students do return that are court ordered so I feel like those classes should be more informative and helpful like the self referred classes. I really wanted to switch to self referred since I felt like I learned more in the other classes but the instructor said no. I finished my classes and that was it I didn't get congratulated or anything special when completed. The classes give out tips,information how to manage stress, and free coffee! I would recommend this for people who are self referred you will learn more than the court ordered classes. read more

This is an amazing course and incredably affordable!!! I just finished my 12th class. I was self referred because I was having a hard time using my emotional intelligence when dealing with my two boys, 8 and 11. I recommend this class to moms, dads, or absolutely anyone else who would like to get much better in relationships, communication and using emotional intelligence in any part of their life. Maria Vega is honest, genuine and forthcoming in all ways possible. She is open to sharing her personal experience as an example which makes our issues seem more normal and human. This is a MUST attend for anyone interested in becoming a better human being and creating a better relationship/understanding of yourself and creating better relationships with everyone you encounter in life. Period. Even if you think you have great relationships all around, you will definitely learn how to enhance those. I guarantee! I have only been to 3 classes so far and WHOOAA! No one is telling me to write this and no one told me about this program. I researched an 'Anger Management' class myself and chose to give this one a try really kind of begrudgingly. All I can say is that because the title "Anger Management" has a negative connotation in our society, this class should be called "Managing your emotions, increasing self-awareness, and communicating effectively" class or something to that extent. From the very first class when I walked in and heard that first, the way we each deal with the emotion of Anger comes from our parents and that this learned behavior can be changed I was hooked. I also asked a trick question when I walked in "Can we get rid of anger?" and of course Maria said "no" and from that moment on I was all ears. Not only do you learn that Anger is merely a signal that your needs are not being met, but you also learn Stress Management techniques, develop emotional intelligence skills, and become a more effective communicator. Most importantly, you learn about yourself and what you can do and how you can respond in ANY situation, good or bad, whether someone is verbally getting angry with you or not. This class should be a pre-requisite to life or whenever the cognitive skills develop in children, and I am now determined to make that happen!
